General Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

REPORTS TO: Management

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Board of Management in preparing the business plan and processing operations
  • Oversee field operations and provide necessary support and improvement actions .
  • Regularly observe relevant external factors impacting business operations for necessary proactive response and practical strategy development.
  • Ensure policies and SOP procedures are consistent and uniform across all departments.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and SOP procedures to be more effective in daily operational work activities
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and service providing in each department
  • Collaborate with the Administration Department, Production Department, Sale & Marketing Department, Finance Department, and Supply Chain Department in the development of operations, and delivery of contracts, building structure checking, rental payment, audit checking, inventory, assets, workers movement, stocks movement
  • Managing day-to-day operational performance,
  • Proactively manage all aspects of financial measurement, including budget and inventory control
  • Plan and monitor the daily activity of each site to ensure smooth operation
  • Acts as delegate of the executive, when requested, to manage the organization’s departments
  • Direct and guide approved policies including admin, daily operational works, and any relevant internal works
  • Ensure all PR raises are within the annual approved budget
  • Ensure all assets and inventory inside each site warehouse are accurate and neatly organized and arrange
  • Ensure whole production are clean, and organized at all times.
  • Must be fast responsive to customer's enquiry, and request and listen to customer issues
  • Monitor Staff Work Performance, Work Discipline, Work Attitude is aligned with company values
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the deadline and effective work from all staff
  • Follow up on Contract Renewal. Monitor customer Contract Expiry Date
  • Work with all Maintenance Vendors to ensure all maintenance works are up to task
  • Meeting with Prospect and updating Prospect requirements to the CEO
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Management
  • Interact with other departments in managing the entire operations and develop an inventory control management system
  • Oversight the quality of plan and manage budget operation plans, prepare and supervise all financial documents
  • Evaluate and prepare reports for authorization
  • Supervise and coach down line operation and other direct subordinates and provide constructive feedback
  • Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost all site effectiveness
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans and operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business management, or closely related field. MBA is preferred
Work History:
  • At least experience in business construction with manufacture or related filed for 6 years

  • Able to multi-task and communicate with different units. Knowledge of safety in a production line manufacture.

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company’s operational strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives and growth targets.

  • Lead the integrated S&OP process, aligning sales forecasts, procurement plans, inventory levels, and logistics capacity.

Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary

LOCATION: Ever Steel Factory at National Road 4

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • LOGISTICS RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
  • Plan and implement the company’s supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance throughout the supply chain network.
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers and distribution centers
  • Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
  • Evaluate and report on KPIs.
  • Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
  • Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
  • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
  • Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks).
  • Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents).

Production Planning Manager

Position Summary

REPORTS TO: General Manager

LOCATION: National Road 4, Kampong Speu Province

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly, are cost-effective and deliver products on time and of the right quality.
  • Responsible for production planning, production output, product quality control, on-time stock control and shipping, and keep up to date with latest effective production methods and technology.
  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day production and technical operations to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production, technical and machinery operations.
  • Estimate costs and set quality standards. Ensure product quality through effective quality management systems, procedures and standard operating processes.
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards.
  • Oversees the manufacture of products, including materials procurement and vendor management, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Work with maintenance team or vendors, to maintain all machines and tools are always working in good condition.
  • Manage raw material inventory, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and meet production demands.
  • Ensure all workers maintain productivity and staying on delegated tasks.
  • Prepare and present regular production reports to general manager, maintaining accurate records of production activities.
  • Any other task as instructed by the General Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in / MA degree in Engineering or related field. Understanding of Construction will be a plus.
Work History:
  • At least experience in a production management role, preferably in the building materials manufacturing, steel and metal fabrication industry for 5 years
