Sales Supervisor

Position Summary

Schedule Monday-Saturday morning

PURPOSE: The Sales Supervisor at KOFI is responsible for leading and managing a sales team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring sales targets are met. Key responsibilities involve training staff, monitoring performance, setting work schedules, and handling customer escalations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and team management
  • Supervise and lead a sales team to achieve sales target by month / yearly.
  • Ensure achievement of SKU distribution target.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Motivate the team through goal-setting and incentives.
  • Assign tasks and manage schedules for the sales department.
  • Optimize resources to enhance territory performance.
  • Sales and operations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue
  • Track and analyze sales data to report on performance and KPIs to management
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products
  • Ensure correct product pricing and attractive store displays

Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, though not always a strict requirement. An associate degree can also be beneficial. 
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Sales experience: Typically requires 2-3 years of successful sales experience, sometimes in a specific industry.
  • Leadership experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or informal leadership role, such as mentoring new hires, is often required.
  • Coaching and mentoring: The ability to coach and develop the skills of sales representatives is a key responsibility.
  • Computer skills: Proficient computer skills, especially with MS Excel and PowerPoint, are necessary.
Soft Skills
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for guiding and motivating a sales team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal abilities, are crucial for interacting with team members and customers.
  • Problem-solving: The ability to analyze problems and make effective decisions is necessary for overcoming challenges and maintaining momentum.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical capabilities are needed to interpret sales data and metrics to drive decision-making.

Sales Executive

PURPOSE: Sales executive at KOFI is responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities involve presenting and selling products/services, negotiating contracts, and managing customer accounts, often using a CRM system to track activities and performance. They also conduct market research, collaborate with other teams, and represent the company at events.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Client acquisition and management: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with new and existing clients, and manage accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales and negotiation: Present products/services, develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Target achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and provide feedback to sales and marketing teams.
  • Customer service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, address inquiries, and provide ongoing support.
  • Administrative tasks: Prepare and deliver presentations, maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, and use CRM systems to track progress.
  • Collaboration: Work with the sales team to achieve collective goals and share best practices.

Barista

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Report to: Senior Barista Team Leader

Department: Barista

Job Summary: The Barista is the foundation of the café. The Barista is responsible for honoring each and every customer by providing excellent customer service at counter, KOFI showroom and on-site visit. He/she is also responsible for educating customers about our premium Italian coffees or MONIN products. He/she displays a positive attitude at all times to ensure the return of our customers who are the reason for our business.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • A Barista is responsible for the following during her shift
  • Testing coffee machine to ensure that it runs smoothly before serve to customer at first.
  • Greets all customers with a friendly smile.
  • Handle stock on KOFI counter ensure that it runs smoothly.
  • Handle Stock on KOFI Show room ensures are correctly between report and stock on hand.
  • Records all borrow items related stock on KOFI counter and Stock on KOFI Show room.
  • Records other drink made for customers and KOFI staff.
  • Sells and serves top quality espresso shots for hot coffee and cold beverages of MONIN product to customers.
  • Receive Sale request related activity of Training, Demo, Standby and check up
  • Arrange recipes to ensure it is correctly and provide to customer amount of trainee.
  • Train customer machine usage, coffee and MONIN product according to customer’s needs.
  • Prepare purchase request of all facilities (fresh milk, fruits…) for daily operations and submit it to Purchasing Staff.
  • Contact Sales Supervisor immediately when customer walk-in showroom to buy coffee machine and products.
  • Keeps KOFI counter and show room always clean
  • Actively perform duty in coffee break event
  • Respects company rules and procedures.
  • Daily report of working procedure to Barista Team Leader

Deliveryman

Job purpose: Ensure effective and efficient of product delivery and equipment/vehicle maintenance

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Check and verify goods with checker before loading into truck to deliver
  • Assisting in checking the labeling, tagging and packaging of the goods before delivery
  • Receiving payment from customer when COD
  • Daily clearing payment to AR Executive
  • Ensuring the timely dispatch of the goods to the appropriate destinations with the right quantity as per order
  • Ensuring the customer signs receipt acknowledgement on the delivery notes or invoice
  • Honest with customer and company when calculating payment
  • Informing the information about vehicle broken, repair and accident
  • Schedule checkup and maintaining the own truck and cleanliness at work place
  • Work overtime when needed
  • Respect company rules and policies.

Stock Controller

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Department: Operation Department

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Keeping record and maintaining cycle counts of the entire inventory in the store
  • Receiving and verifying the inventory with the purchase order listings to the supervising authorities
  • Reporting loss, damage and any such discrepancies to the supervising authorities
  • Sorting all goods and stacking them appropriately
  • Note about expire date of goods and report to the supervising authorities
  • Assisting in the labeling, tagging and packaging of the goods
  • Updating and maintaining proper warehouse documentation
  • Ensuring timely issuance of the products to the appropriate uploading truck
  • Daily checking on products in-out to be correctly and efficiency
  • Maintaining cleanliness, cool temperature set and order in the work place
  • Coordinating and synchronizing work functions with suppliers and other internal departments of the establishment

Technician

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Report to: Team Leader

Department: Service Department

 Job Summary: Technician team has responsibilities to support the sales team on routine, non-routine maintenance and install coffee’s machine to all KOFI’s customer.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance customer’s machines based on the manpower distribution list, and the completed work order request​
  • Install KOFI’s products based on sales agreement
  • Learn the user manual of new machine and train other parties concerned (Sales team, Barista, etc.)
  • Diagnose & Repair Coffee Machines at customers premises
  • Repair all Coffee Machines that bring to company
  • Conduct Preventative Maintenance
  • Actively perform duty at coffee break when scheduled
  • Regular go on-site visit according to daily manpower distribution list and writing a report after visiting the customer
  • Respects company rules and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.
