They also conduct market research, collaborate with other teams, and represent the company at events.

Barista

Job Summary: The Barista is the foundation of the café. The Barista is responsible for honoring each and every customer by providing excellent customer service at counter, KOFI showroom and on-site visit. He/she is also responsible for educating customers about our premium Italian coffees or MONIN products. He/she displays a positive attitude at all times to ensure the return of our customers who are the reason for our business.
- A Barista is responsible for the following during her shift
- Testing coffee machine to ensure that it runs smoothly before serve to customer at first.
- Greets all customers with a friendly smile.
- Handle stock on KOFI counter ensure that it runs smoothly.
- Handle Stock on KOFI Show room ensures are correctly between report and stock on hand.
- Records all borrow items related stock on KOFI counter and Stock on KOFI Show room.
- Records other drink made for customers and KOFI staff.
- Sells and serves top quality espresso shots for hot coffee and cold beverages of MONIN product to customers.
- Receive Sale request related activity of Training, Demo, Standby and check up
- Arrange recipes to ensure it is correctly and provide to customer amount of trainee.
- Train customer machine usage, coffee and MONIN product according to customer’s needs.
- Prepare purchase request of all facilities (fresh milk, fruits…) for daily operations and submit it to Purchasing Staff.

- Install KOFI’s products based on sales agreement
- Learn the user manual of new machine and train other parties concerned (Sales team, Barista, etc.)
- Diagnose & Repair Coffee Machines at customers premises
- Repair all Coffee Machines that bring to company
- Conduct Preventative Maintenance
- Actively perform duty at coffee break when scheduled
- Regular go on-site visit according to daily manpower distribution list and writing a report after visiting the customer
