Accounting Officer

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update accounts receivable aging reports, including utilities, property management fees, and rental income.
  • Calculate and monitor water and electricity charges; issue timely payment reminders to tenants or relevant parties.
  • Record and reconcile daily cash and bank transactions.
  • Prepare and issue both tax and non-tax invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual tax return documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of documents required for Initial Public Offering (IPO) processes.
  • Prepare and coordinate documentation for government submissions, including real estate licenses and other regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and assist in resolving tax-related issues or audits.

Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Work History:
  • Accounting experience for 2 years

Finance Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Update aging reports for property management fees and rental income.
  • Billing & Reimbursement:
  • Prepare and issue monthly billing statements
  • Review employee reimbursement requests
  • Process online bank reimbursement requests
  • Cash & Bank Management:
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and cash inventory records
  • Manage online banking operations
  • Payroll: Calculate and process monthly salaries for employees.
  • Tax & Compliance:
  • Review and verify monthly/quarterly tax filings
  • Support internal compliance processes and ensure documentation meets required standards.
  • Assist in preparing necessary documents and reports for IPO filings and due diligence processes.
  • Address internal accounting process issues and provide communication support in Chinese.

Qualifications:
