Announcement Positions

Accounting Officer (2 Positions)

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Working Day: Monday - Saturday

Working Hour: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations within the company such as staff claim/advance, purchased invoices, cash on hand, petty cash and other transactions.
  • Managing external relationship with appropriate contacts such as auditors, bankers and statutory organizations.
  • Updating the Company’s information about tax department and banks.
  • Closely monitoring cash flow/treasury to ensure the sufficient fund for the Company’s operations.
  • Tracking the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Seeking out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
  • Providing accurate information and expectations to senior executives to support in long-term and short-term decision making.
  • Preparing tax planning and implementing the plan.
  • Reviewing financial data and prepare monthly and annual tax return.
  • Corresponding with other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
  • Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the Company.
  • Understanding and adhere to financial regulations and tax legislation.
  • Staying up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
  • Overseeing operations of the financial team, setting goals and objectives, and designing a framework for these to be met.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by Finance Manager/CFO.

Key Account Sales Executive (3 Positions)

Position Summary

Working Day: Monday - Saturday

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Modern Trade Account Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for modern trade accounts including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores.
  • Develop strong relationships with store managers, category managers, and procurement teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between company and key accounts.
  • Sales Planning & Execution:
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals assigned for key accounts.
  • Develop account-specific sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure product availability and promotional execution.
  • Merchandising & In-Store Activities:
  • Ensure proper in-store product placement, visibility, and display compliance according to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and plan replenishments to avoid stockouts.
  • Implement promotions, discounts, or campaigns in coordination with marketing teams.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to track compliance with agreements and merchandising standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, orders, and forecasts.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Operate cameras and related equipment to capture video content.
  • Collaborate with the director and production team to understand the vision and requirements of each project.
  • Set up and adjust camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear for various shooting scenarios.
  • Ensure shots are framed, focused, and exposed correctly.
  • Record video footage according to the project’s objectives and timelines.
  • Assist in the editing process by organizing and selecting footage.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot camera and lighting equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on set.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and techniques in videography.
  • Shoot/Edit photo/video footage for various projects, including promotional videos, social media content, corporate communications, and more.

Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Proven experience as a camera man & video editor or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using camera (E.g. cannon, sony, fuji……)
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Knowledge in 3D is a plus
  • Strong understanding of video aesthetics, including composition, color grading, and sound design.
  • Ability to work with various video formats and codecs.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing your editing work and creative projects is required.
