- Gate duties in the morning and afternoon to ensure a smooth operation during pick up and dropped off times.
- Daily report in the “ Student Affairs Group” regarding to academic tasks which involve with students and parents.
- Prepare the meeting agenda and minute meeting and update in the “ Student Affairs Group”.
- Oversees daily operations in the academic department and report to Academic Manager.
- Add new student in the school channel and update about their daily activities within their first month at school.
- Add telegram of parent who complaint in the school telegram group and deal with that complaint effectively, then update to the management team.
- Add telegram of Returned student in the school telegram group and update about their daily activity to parents within their first month.
- Check on assessment files of English and Chinese to ensure that they are up to date.
- Check homework and exams which are prepared by teachers to ensure that they are met with KWIS standard.
- Lead, supervise and manage the head of TAs and TAs to achieve school goals.
- Assist academic manager to set goal and implement the action plan to achieve higher level of teaching and learning outcomes.
- Ensure that teachers teach students to meet the school curriculum expectations.
- Keep record and track student’s progress and find solutions to help improve their performances.
- Attend and conduct educational training and conferences as needed.
- Work closely with head of TAs and TAs to improve student’s learning and school program.
- Provide and promote the care, safety and well-being of the students with due regard for discipline, health and safety.
- Identify risk factors and propose the solutions to make smooth operations.
- Attend and support at social events as requested.
- Help prepare and facilitate the school educational field trip.
- Promote a friendly-working environment to all staff and maintain the great performance.
- Manage Khmer Program at BTB Campus Involve and plan for the school activities required by the academic manager or deputy director.

The ICT Teacher is responsible for planning and teaching classes in the computer labs according to the KWIS curriculum. The incumbent assesses and monitors student performance against these skill sets in the curriculum. He/she must teach with a clear objective which follows the course outline/curriculum and employ a variety of teaching and learning strategies that make learning fun yet challenge those who need it and support those having difficulties. The ICT teacher must be able to cooperate as part of a teaching team to plan lessons that meet students' needs, interests and abilities. The ICT Teacher involves and works closely with Academic Coordinator. Here are the main duties of ICT Teacher (Computer Teacher)
