JOB SUMMARY
FSP Officer is responsible for supporting community events and relief efforts to assist beneficiary with their needs, providing them resources, and facilitating lifestyle programs. She/he coordinates with participants, suppliers, and sponsors for funding and promotions. She/he also manages the budgeting and allocation of resources for the programs, ensuring that the activities adhere to the Government’s regulations and community benefits. She/he must have good communication and organizational skills, especially in writing progress reports and transactions.
- Leads the development of family strengthening programmes of location in accordance with program objectives and the organizational mission, policies and strategies.
- Assists to develop programme proposals and budgets and identifies partner organisations.
- Leads the development of outreach program and plans in cooperation with Direct Supervisor with agreed plans and objectives.
- Documents and shares good practices and lessons learned with colleagues to support organisational learning;
- Explains about the program to local authorities in where it would be affected and to people in the community, who can be helpful to establish the program and also the children’s family in community.
- Builds good contacts with family and children, in an appropriate attitude with them in order to develop good relationship.
- Learns about the backgrounds, the situation of the family and also about the problem of children, and causes and coordinates solution for the children, family in needs, disease affected and other trauma sensitivity, malnutrition, abuse, etc.
- Provides advice to the family to improve security and comfort of child’s health, nutrition and caring.
- Monitors/coaches and technically supports children’s families in community for better knowledge improvement.
- Concentrates on the family development plan (FDP) of each family, checks and collects data with compilation files
- Motivates and dynamically works as a team with children’s families in communities.
- Ensures implementation of simple and effective financial and administrative procedures, in accordance with defined policies;
- Conducts regular meetings with Shelf Help Group (SHGs) members and follow up.
- Mobilizes the resources in community for encouraging self-help group creation.
- Follows the development of outreach programme of location and ensuring target numbers and participant groups are reached, and that agreed timelines are adhered to;
- Coordinates an annual review of outreach plans and programmes, and coordinates external impact evaluations as required;
- Uses software platforms and systems, including PDB2, RBM and ProDiGi, but not limited to review and monitoring plan, execute and report on work progress and achievements; and provides regular reports to Village Director
- Fully supports efforts led by Village Director to create effective integration project locations and across departmental functional areas.

Case Manager (1 Position)

JOB SUMMARY
Case Manager is a member of a project team. The overall responsibility of Case Manager such as diversify and collaborate with the educational services providers, and tutoring in subjects like math, science etc. The Case Manager will assist the village Director in the field of case dealing, actively encourage in organizing educational program for children and mothers and be responsible for all funds to them for official work and they will require maintaining and rending proper account for the same.
- Provide basic counselling to children in resolving their inter-personal, educational, health and other problems by provide guideline when required
- Provide training and ongoing coaching to relevant external partners and services (i.e. DoSVY, CCWC, and RCIs), on family reintegration and gatekeeping processes
- Coordinate with schools, hospital other agency and relevant government offices (i.e. DoSVY, CCWC), local authorities, towards successful process of family reintegration documentation for proper placement of each child and for education, career plans and health care on a regular basis.
- Diversify and organize variety of children’s activities, games, sports, hobby and library facilities as well as outdoor visits for recreation
- Maintain and follow up on personal records of each child on health, education, special interests and incidents.
- Initiate and develop new programs for benefit of all children and organize creative activities to promote talented potentials
- Co-operate with SOS mothers and youth leader on preparation of child development planning, priorities and tactical execution.
- Ensure that SOS mothers and youth leader receive support such as remedial, special needs and educational programs.
- Provide direct psycho-social services and tailored individual support (case management), to children and youth separated from their families
- Collaborate with corresponding CVSR teams, and/or external partners and services (i.e. schools, local authorities) for effective family assessment and reintegration, in response to the varied needs of cases/families
- Update and support maintenance of case management files/systems, including required MoSVY documentation
- Collect quality data and support maintenance and consolidation of relevant PDB2 and administrative systems for reporting purposes

JOB SUMMARY
Kinship Care Officer will serve as the primary liaison between the SOSCVC and families of the children in community, coordinate strong relationships and ensuring children and the caregiver get essential support. This role requires a proactive in addressing and resolving issues related to children and caregiver, as well as delivering workshops and conducting outreach to promote educational and social well-being.
- Act as the primary point of contact for children and caregivers, addressing their needs and responding to any inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly.
- Conduct at least two home visit per year for each family to assess family development plans and understand challenges and needs of each family, document and report findings from visits, identifying any areas where further support is required.
- From time to time track the progress of each family in PDB2 system after getting support from SOSCVC;
- Collaborate with families to register for any public service eligible for beneficiaries and ensure they understand the benefits associated with it;
- Good contact and follow up on any family issues, collaborating with internal departments and external resources to resolve concerns effectively;
- Address educational, financial, and social challenges that families may face, working to create a supportive environment for children to thrive academically;
- Organize and facilitate workshops for families on topics such as "Parenting Skills, or any available public services and other relevant subjects that promote family well-being and educational involvement;
- Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve and tailor future workshops to meet the evolving needs of the community.
- Monitoring and evaluation about quality of training and its impact;
- Lead recruitment efforts for new beneficiaries, collaborating with local communities and stakeholders to identify and select the beneficiaries who would benefit most from SOSCVC programs by respecting SOSCVC’s criterial;
- Oversee application and assessment processes to ensure a fair and comprehensive selection process for new beneficiaries.

Youth leader is a member of a project team. The overall responsibility of youth development leader is familiar with knowledgeable of activities of youth, planning, mentoring and conducting of assigned project activities, and supervision on youth development.
- Work directly with youth group of school-age, to provide a safe, responsible, well-supervised program while acting as a positive adult role model and mentor;
- Ensure arrangement of youth house are functioning, cleanliness, education, social activities, security and orders;
- Train youth in a variety of skills and techniques including behaviour management techniques, program development, provide direction and delivery, child development and group management.
- Implement and participate with youth group including homework and tutoring assistance, daily living activities, social engagement, and recreation activities.
- Ensure up to date of youth development plan to PDB2 system.
- Actively participate in staff development workshops and other staff meetings that are designed to contribute to personal and professional growth and program success.
- Help provide an atmosphere for developing good morale and well-being among the youth group;
