Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead regular team meetings to plan work, track progress, and review results.
  • Help teams solve problems and work better together.
  • Follow up to make sure tasks are assigned and completed on time.
  • Support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and improvement projects.
  • Work with team leaders and managers to make sure goals are clear.
  • Help remove obstacles that slow the team down.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in project management in product launch or marketing.
  • Experience leading or coordinating a team (any industry is welcome!)
  • Comfortable organizing schedules, meetings, and work plans
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and keep things moving
  • Experience in Food CPG, Food CPG Manufacturing
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • Experience with KPI measurement and visual management.
Soft Skills

Production Shift Facilitator

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures, conduct safety checks, report hazards, ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards, address and resolve quality issues promptly and collaborate with quality assurance team.
  • Shift Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned shifts, ensure production targets and schedules are met.
  • Team Leadership: Support and mentor production staff, assign tasks and monitor performance and provide technical support as needed.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues with relevant team, minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely logs, track production metrics (output, yield, waste) and prepare reports for management.

Work History:
  • Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment for 2 years as a minimum

  • Minimum Technical diploma in Food Engineering, Mechanical Automation, Production Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in supervisory or managerial roles within the food industry is preferable.
  • Experience with food safety and quality management systems such as HACCP, GHP, ISO22000, and BRCGS is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is essential
