- HR Management Trainee Job Summary:
- The Human Resources Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program designed to provide exposure and hands-on experience across all core HR functions. This role is intended to prepare the trainee for future HR leadership positions by developing skills in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training & development, performance management, and HR administration.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, including preparing job description.
- Participate in the interview and selection process.

- Under the supervision of the Silk Production Director, the Silk Weaving Management Trainee is responsible for overseeing people management across all weaving workshops and teams. The role ensures that all weaving operations run smoothly and efficiently, with key responsibilities including the implementation of production planning, output control, quality assurance, maintenance coordination, and administrative, HR, and reporting duties.
- Production & Weaving Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the weaving team, ensuring proper training, guidance, and performance development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production, quality control, and maintenance activities.
- Uphold high quality standards, ensuring all woven products meet company specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all weaving machinery and equipment are operating efficiently.
