HR and Admin Executive
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Manages all software development application and recommendation to support operation, product Daily monitor staff attendant and evaluate performance
- Provide training about internal regulation or other requirements
- Recruitment and evaluation of staff performance
- Monthly calculate payroll and submit to HR Manager
- Monitor and control all assets (Fixed Asset and Expendable Assets)
- Follow up and evaluate of internal rule implementation
- Perform and monitor general security and administrative
- Control/filing documentation relate with HR & Admin
- Set up budget plan for any facility improving, Stationary and other expenses
- Routinely prepare report (attendant, administration expense, asset list...)

Export Executive
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Coordinate all Sale & Marketing activities to achieve sales export plans/targets
- Logistic coordination to liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to arrange transportation.
- Negotiate on sales volumes and sales prices to achieve target and maintain efficiency of market competition
- Analyses all market intelligence reports, identify competitor with the action plan
- Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Prepare and keep all relate export documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Develop and maintain professional relationship with all clients, analyses customer requirements to prepare/propose appropriate strategies to management
- Report and record keeping by maintain records of export transactions and shipping documents and reports on export volumes, costing, and other necessary needed.
- Bachelor or Master Degree of Business Administration or Equivalent
- 3 Year Experiences of relate fields including managing people, monitoring performance and setting sales targets
- Proficiency in Written & Speaking English, Chinese is More Advantage

- Properly control inventory and make sure it’s available for sale
- Prepare PO/PR and check products before receiving
- Monitor to implement food safety & personal hygiene requirement at shop level
- Daily monitor shop assistant activities and coaching any miss conduct
- Control shop equipment with maximize utility
- Bachelor degree in business administration
- 2 years’ experience with shop level, sale/customer service or relate field
- Experience working with agriculture shop is an advantage

- Train and support field staff to improve performance.
- Maintain accurate production and labor records.
- Collaborate with QA and logistics to meet delivery schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Horticulture (preferred).
- 2+ years’ experience in crop production or horticulture (microgreens/hydroponics a plus).
