KoC provides the best options for all consumers by bringing a real quality of local food and fresh produces. KoC implement Cooperate Social Responsibility (CSR) by working with farming cooperatives and agricultural associations for better income and health to farmers.

While expanding its activity in agricultural sectors, the company is recruiting dynamic individual for the positions base at Phnom Penh as below:

Announcement Positions

IT Executive

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manages all software development application and recommendation to support operation, product traceability system, crop calendar…etc
  • Manages network, data server & backups, intranets, mail saver & security systems Develop
  • Monitor and analysis the root cause of system issues, keep contact with service provider and propose solution to management and team for solving out.
  • Propose creative ideas to improve system performance and make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges.
  • Provide an efficient high-quality IT support service to the users and corporate computer systems.
  • Review and feedback of artwork for packing products, Books, Leaflet, Banner/Poster
  • Monitor of internet Wi-Fi router, configuration, install physical network or any software to client.
  • Keep monitor/update company website and Facebook
  • Strong IT technical support to the teams and good team work
  • Other tasks assign by senior management
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in Program/Software Development, Information Technologies, System Development
  • Good knowledge of System Development, Technologies Information, Designing, Networking and General Supporting
  • High commitment, accountable, integrity, be flexible, responsibility for delivering outcomes, willingness to work as a team.
 
 

HR and Admin Executive

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manages all software development application and recommendation to support operation, product Daily monitor staff attendant and evaluate performance
  • Provide training about internal regulation or other requirements
  • Recruitment and evaluation of staff performance
  • Monthly calculate payroll and submit to HR Manager
  • Monitor and control all assets (Fixed Asset and Expendable Assets)
  • Follow up and evaluate of internal rule implementation
  • Perform and monitor general security and administrative
  • Control/filing documentation relate with HR & Admin
  • Set up budget plan for any facility improving, Stationary and other expenses
  • Routinely prepare report (attendant, administration expense, asset list...)
  • Perform other assign by management
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Management or related fields
  • At least 3-year experience in HR and Administration or related fields
  • Good knowledge of management and organizational skill and fixed asset
  • Negotiation skills, conflict resolution skills
  • Good computer skills (Internet, Email, Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Be respectful and transparent in dealing with others, commitment, accountable, integrity, be flexible, and accept responsibility for delivering outcomes
  • Willingness to work as a team with good organizational and inter-personal skills, reliable, honest and trustworthy person
 
 

Export Executive

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all Sale & Marketing activities to achieve sales export plans/targets
  • Logistic coordination to liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to arrange transportation.
  • Negotiate on sales volumes and sales prices to achieve target and maintain efficiency of market competition
  • Analyses all market intelligence reports, identify competitor with the action plan
  • Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Prepare and keep all relate export documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationship with all clients, analyses customer requirements to prepare/propose appropriate strategies to management
  • Report and record keeping by maintain records of export transactions and shipping documents and reports on export volumes, costing, and other necessary needed.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor or Master Degree of Business Administration or Equivalent
  • 3 Year Experiences of relate fields including managing people, monitoring performance and setting sales targets
  • Proficiency in Written & Speaking English, Chinese is More Advantage
  • Strong in communication, coordination, management, leadership, and team work
  • Well ability to engage critical thinking and problem-solving skill
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
 
 

Shop Supervisor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Daily monitor shop activities and make sure shop assistant is hosting customer professionally
  • Control all products displace in shop
  • Properly control inventory and make sure it’s available for sale
  • Prepare PO/PR and check products before receiving
  • Monitor to implement food safety & personal hygiene requirement at shop level
  • Daily monitor shop assistant activities and coaching any miss conduct
  • Control shop equipment with maximize utility
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in business administration
  • 2 years’ experience with shop level, sale/customer service or relate field
  • Experience working with agriculture shop is an advantage
  • Knowledge of shop management, team work and coaching team

Sales Administrator

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Order Recording and Management in the system (Control data Sale and Data Entry PO, Sale Order)
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis relate to sale plan, sale report, forecasts and other market intelligent
  • Customer Relationship Support and Management:
  • Maintain and coordinate for sales documentation (contracts, proposals, and other paperwork…)
  • Internal Coordination with packing house, marketing, finance, and delivery team for work effectiveness & efficiency
  • Sales Process Improvement by identify opportunities and assist in the training of new sales staff on administrative processes and tools
  • General Administrative Support such as such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence, team calendas and appointments
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in sales and marketing, or business administration
  • 2 years’ experience as sale representative, customer service or relate field
  • Experience working with agriculture sale is an advantage
  • Knowledge of sale management, team work and coaching team

Farm Supervisor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily microgreen production (seeding, growing, harvesting, and packing).
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, safety, and quality standards
  • Monitor crop growth, identify issues, and report to management.
  • Train and support field staff to improve performance.
  • Maintain accurate production and labor records.
  • Collaborate with QA and logistics to meet delivery schedules.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Horticulture (preferred).
  • 2+ years’ experience in crop production or horticulture (microgreens/hydroponics a plus).
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of plant care, pests, and diseases.
  • Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Computer skills (Excel/Word for reporting).
