- CAT or Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance
- Diploma or Certificate of Cambodian Tax Law is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years experiences in Accounting& Finance with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in loan management system (Temenos system) is a plus.
- Understand Cambodia Tax;
- Understand CIFRS and NBC regulations;
- Computer literacy in MS Word; MS PowerPoint; and Microsoft office 365 is plus;
- Advance Excel is preference;
- Ability to work independently;
- Good in English both writing and speaking.
- Experience in the banking sector is a plus.

- Be responsible for Compensation & Benefits (C&B) including Payroll work and Final Payment for submit to Manager for review.
- Review, verify, and validate employee overtime, leave balances, and work schedules within the HRMS, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of HR records and reports.
- Ensure on HR compliance by handling all required processes and documentation with the Ministry of Labor (MOL) on LACMS and SICMS in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor the preparation of official documents and submissions for external stakeholders such as external auditors, MOL, NSSF, and other regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage Staff’s Document both Hard and soft copy.
- Provide support in the review and updating of organizational documents such as manuals and flowcharts, memorandums, internal regulations, and HR policies, ensuring that they remain aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
- Collect and prepare reports based on staff exit interviews, highlighting key findings and recommendations to improve employee retention.
- Support on Design, conduct, and analyze staff perception surveys, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights to support decision-making and workplace improvements.
- Prepare a range of HR-related reports, CMA Quarterly Report, and Employee Report.
- Support the implementation of the HRMS functions and reporting features.
- Other tasks will be assigned from Line Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or other filed that related to this position.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven exposure to Compensation & Benefits (1), HR Compliance (2), and HR operations (3).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling employee records and sensitive information.
- Previous hands-on experience with ClearView or other HR information systems is highly desirable.
- Have a basic understanding of labor laws and compliance requirement.
- Proficiency in English is required (spoken and written) and proficiency in advance excel with the ability to generate professional reports and presentations.
- Can work independent, commitment, good communication, teamwork, honestly, and willing to learn something new.
