Assistant Customs Clearance
- The following are the key duties and responsibilities that will be expected of you as Assistant Customs Clearance within the company:
- Prepare pricing documents, request for pricing, import tax, import-export (Invoice, Packing list, Bill...etc.),
- Enter the data into the tariff request system,
- According to the document when the copy is placed in the customs system with the broker (Broker),
- Distribute the tax and import tax on goods – export,
- Daily report, weekly report, monthly report submit to Supervisor,
- Other tasks assigned time to time by direct supervisor/Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred),
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customs clearance or import-export operations,
- Knowledge of Cambodian customs clearance procedures and relevant government regulations,
- Good command of Khmer, English, and Chinese is a plus (spoken and written),
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint),
- Highly committed and able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Operation Officer (Import / Export)
- Handle & prepare shipping documents import/export shipment (FCL, LCL, Air).
- Use system or contact with carrier (to get booking, release, arrival, THC, DO…..)
- Monitoring shipment progress Air/Sea / Import/ Export/Transit
- Arrange and follow up trucking
- Respond, follow up and update emails with agents, shipping line, airlines, trucking and customers
- Checking and follow up on internal and external documents.
- Follow up document/shipment processing
- Collaborate with internal and external team
- Resolve or report issue immediately
- Follow SOP requirement
- Other tasks which assigned by supervisor
- Computer skill Word, Excel, internet and email
- Good English communication skill Speaking & Writing
- Hard working, good attitude, commitment and be able to work under pressure
- Working experience as a similar field

- ត្រួតពិនិត្យលើការស្នើសុំជួសជុល ឬផ្លាស់ប្តូរគ្រឿងបន្លាស់រថយន្ត និងត្រូវដឹងពីគ្រឿងបន្លាស់ដែលត្រូវបញ្ជាទិញ។
- រៀបចំចាត់ចែងការងាររដ្ឋបាលទូទៅ បង្កើតអោយមានបរិយាកាសវិជ្ជមាននៅកន្លែងការងារ។
- រាយការណ៍ប្រចាំថ្ងៃទៅកាន់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ។
- ភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀតដែលត្រូវបានចាត់តាំងដោយអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងផ្ទាល់។
- បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកធនធានមនុស្ស រដ្ឋបាល ឬជំនាញដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
- មានបទពិសោធន៍យ៉ាងតិច 1 ឆ្នាំក្នុងតួនាទីធនធានមនុស្ស និងរដ្ឋបាល។
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិក ទំនាក់ទំនងបុគ្គលិក និងការរក្សាបុគ្គលិក។
- បទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងបុគ្គលិក(តៃកុងឡាន ក្រុមជាងឡាន និងផ្នែកមេការឡាន) ការណែនាំពីការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយ និងភារកិច្ចរដ្ឋបាលផ្សេងៗ។
- សមត្ថភាពក្នុងការត្រួតពិនិត្យការជួសជុលរថយន្ត (ឡានធំ និងរ៉ឺម៉ក)។
- សមត្ថភាពក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាដោយមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
- មានអត្តចរិតម៉ឹងម៉ាត់ ច្បាស់លាស់ ទៀងត្រង់ និងសមត្ថភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ។
- ចេះភាសាអង់គ្លេស និងភាសាចិនកាន់តែប្រសើរ។

Personal Assistant to the Chairman (Chinese Speaking)
Working Conditions
- Standard office hours with flexibility for extended hours.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and presentation materials for meetings.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and official documents.
- Ensure the Chairman is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and requests.
- Liaise with senior executives, partners, and VIP guests professionally.
- Travel & Event Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Organize official events, conferences, and functions attended by the Chairman.
- Manage logistics for business trips, including visas and required documentation.
- Office & Information Management
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Track deadlines, projects, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Personal Support (as required)
- Assist with some personal matters that overlap with the Chairman’s professional commitments.
- Run occasional personal errands with discretion.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or PA to senior management.
- Experience in corporate, government, or high-profile environments preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Chinese).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Logistics Officer (Inventory)
- Monitor and control inventory (Container coming or return) with team at border to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records
- Check with agent for FREE TIME OF DEM/DET.
- Report available empty at border to all agent.
- Follow up all new container has coming border daily for recording in inventory record.
- Check all the container such as laden or empty if any container is abnormal/damage when it arrives border.
- Follow up with agent if have plan for pick up the empty.
- Prepare plan for return empty if the MT at PP.
- Make the daily report for inventory.
- Other tasks which assigned by supervisor
