Resort Doctor
Location: Koh Rong
- Attend to guest and staff medical issues on call and through regular surgery hours.
- Attend as team lead to any emergency medical situations.
- Liaise with hospitals and local authorities on medical issues and legal requirements.
- Issue sick certificates for staff and authorise hospital visits or third party requirements.
- Update island emergency procedures as and when required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records for all patients using HR software.
- Conduct Health and Safety education, awareness and training for staff on an ongoing basis.
- Involvement in community activities and support the work of the Song Saa Foundation.
- Degree in General Medicine and Professional License to practice medicine
- At least 2 years general physician experience

Assistant Training and Development Manager
Location: Koh Rong
- Plan, execute and evaluate a departmental induction/onboarding program specific to new hires. Conduct new hire orientation training twice a month.
- Develop tailor made English training lessons for specific departments.
- To arrange and deliver regular English classes for all team members to enhance the overall level of English communication.
- Assist in recommending, develop and schedule training of Human Resources department and other departments.
- Initiate, co-ordinate, execute and follow-up on all departmental training activities. Ensuring that they are aligned and relevant to hotel and departmental goals and objectives, as well as complementing the resort training plan and programs.
- Provide support and development of Departmental Trainers in form of group meetings, observation of trainings and individual feedback.
- Supervise and assist in SOP and Policies & Procedures trainings, use of training checklists and monthly training plans.
- Provide and support cross-training and professional development opportunities.
- Assists Department Head to identify individual talent and plan for career development.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all sections, hotel services/features and hours of operation and ensuring employee’s knowledge is up to date.
- Develop internal training competencies and establishes training structure for on-the-job training that will support career development and advancement of team members.
- Keep track of the training hour goals /employee/year and include this in the monthly and annual training report.
- To ensure on-going training on all employees meet the Song Saa standards in relation to communication, customer service, health and safety and hazard awareness.
- Provide support and monitor departmental trainers.
- Order and manage inventory of training materials and supplies.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- At least 2-3 years experiences in training and Human Resources Management.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently supervise staff, daily operations and resolve operational problems in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Attention to details with good organizational and efficient time management skills.
- Previous experience of working on a luxury property.
- Perfect Speaking, Writing and Understand in English.

Guest Experience Villa Host

- Providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of Song Saa Private Island.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Song Saa Private Island facilities, guest experiences and services. To be prepared to answer any guest enquiries and questions. A constant source of information offering their assistance to all guests and colleagues.
- Enhance the guest experience by providing a professional and informed contact for the guest to liaise with during their stay. Overseeing daily guest communication.
- Preparing the guest personalized itinerary.
- Servicing all guest requirements and be a source of information on guest activities, experiences and food & beverage.
- Be an accessible representative for guests, directing all guest comments and feedback to relevant departments.
- Resolving guest complaints to the guest’s satisfaction within your level of authority, ensuring these issues are feedback to the staff to ensure that these incidents aren’t repeated
- Upholding the company beliefs and Brand DNA at all times to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Qualification & Experiences:
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role in a 5star luxury hotel/resort environment.

Night Auditor

JOB BRIEF
The Night Auditor is responsible for providing attentive, courteous service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing suite revenue and occupancy. The Night Auditor is responsible for completing the audit process as detailed in the checklist. They will also audit all the daily activity and report to management and discrepancies. The Night Auditor is also responsible for all reservation and inquiry calls during their shift. He/she is expected to actively develop excellent service skills in dealing with clients, guests, and co-workers.
- The ideal candidate must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers and managers.
