National Sales Manager

Position Summary

Position Summary

National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of sales team in nationwide and lead the sales department. This individual will lead the sales team, develop strategies to expand market share, and ensure the achievement of sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. The Sales Manager will also work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer satisfaction

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Sales experience of at least 6 years up in trading company
  • Candidate with relevant sales experience may also apply
  • Experience in handling large scale brands independently

Fleet Sales Manager

Position Summary

Position Summary

Fleet Sales Manager is specializes in managing and growing business relationships with fleet operators (like trucking companies, logistics providers, construction firms, or public transport agencies) specifically for the sale of lubricants—engine oils, transmission fluids, greases, and other maintenance fluids.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with fleet operators and commercial vehicle accounts.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, pitch lubricant products tailored to fleet needs, and close high-volume sales.
  • Technical Consulting: Provide guidance on the proper selection and application of lubricants for different vehicle types and operating conditions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Create and negotiate long-term supply agreements, pricing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • After-Sales Support: Coordinate with technical teams to support product performance, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor offerings, fleet industry trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance, forecast demand, and report to senior management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Solid knowledge of automotive lubricants, applications, and performance standards (API, ACEA, OEM specs).
  • Proven experience in B2B/industrial sales, ideally in the lubricant or automotive aftermarket.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Understanding of fleet operations and maintenance needs.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and online engagement.
  • Plan and manage performance campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage content strategy and oversee content creation for web and social platforms.
  • Plan and implement influencers marketing

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Record Transactions:
  • Enter transactions into QuickBooks software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
  • Account Receivable:
  • Received daily cash collection from sales team and posting into QuickBooks software
  • Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Bank Reconciliation:
  • Check and verify bank statements with transactions posting into QuickBooks software
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Stock counting with other relative’s departments:
  • Collaborate with warehouse and admin team on monthly stock counts.
  • Communicate with other departments to gather necessary information.
  • Document Management:
  • Maintain organized transactions records and documentation.
  • Ensure that all documents are easily accessible and properly archived.
  • JD will be subjective to revise base on the business operation, and base on the assignment from management.

  • Bachelor degree in accountant, business administration or related flied
  • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience accountant in both A/R & A/P
  • Strong experience in accounting record
