Accountant

Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Enrolment Collections:
  • Process student fee payments, generate invoices, and issue receipts.
  • Reconcile student accounts and follow up on overdue balances.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with university policies.
  • Prepare reports on enrolment revenue, outstanding receivables, and collection trends.
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary financial documentation.
  • Staff Remuneration (Payroll):
  • Calculate salaries, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with labor and tax laws.
  • Administer staff benefits (insurance, housing, travel reimbursements).
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Submit statutory payments (NSSF, other contributions) to relevant authorities.
  • General Duties:
  • Maintain strong internal controls to prevent errors and fraud.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and student services departments.
  • Recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Use accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Banner) for financial management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Qualification: Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting or related professional qualification e.g. ACCA.
  • 2 years Practical experience in payroll and tax reporting is necessary.
  • Applicant with working experience in the education sector is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in both Khmer and English to translate official documents.
  • Possess good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong work ethics, responsible and a positive attitude.

  • As the Creative Leader for Video and Photography, you will elevate the university’s brand through compelling visual content that engages students, faculty, partners, and the wider community. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Lead the creative direction for all university video and photography projects to reflect the institution’s vision and values.
  • Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards for promotional videos, student testimonials, virtual tours, and event coverage.
  • Capture and produce high-quality videos and photos for marketing campaigns, social media, and the university website.
  • Edit and enhance visual content to ensure a professional and inspiring final product.
  • Manage and coordinate shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment preparation.
  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and academic departments to deliver content that supports recruitment and engagement goals.
  • Maintain and enforce visual branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in education marketing, video production, and digital storytelling.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and the maintenance of video and photography equipment.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Photography, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in professional video production, photography, and creative direction.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of visual storytelling projects relevant to education or branding.
  • Proficiency with professional video, audio, and photography equipment, plus advanced editing skills in Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to supervise staff and student assistants.

  • As a key founding leader, the Academic Director will take a practical, hands-on approach to shape and deliver the university’s academic vision. Key duties include:
  • Directly design, implement, and monitor new academic programs and curricula to meet industry and accreditation standards.
  • Work closely with faculty and administrative teams to develop and launch innovative courses and teaching methodologies.
  • Recruit, mentor, and support academic staff, leading by example in teaching quality, research standards, and student engagement.
  • Oversee day-to-day academic operations, including timetabling, workload allocation, and academic policies.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to ensure high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Personally engage with students and faculty to maintain an open-door policy, addressing academic concerns and fostering a collaborative culture.

  • Prepares meeting materials, takes minutes, and tracks follow-up actions
  • Maintains confidential records and handles sensitive information with discretion
  • Liaises between departments, faculty, and external partners on behalf of the Principal
