  • Identifying Opportunities:
  • Researching and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Exploring new markets, products, and services to expand revenue streams.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Support:
  • Generating leads through networking, cold outreach, events, and digital platforms.
  • Supporting the sales team by qualifying leads and coordinating with marketing.
  • Strategic Partnerships and reporting

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Trade, Supply Chain Management, strategic management or a related field (required).
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or trading (import/export, wholesale, or distribution preferred).
  • Proven track record of developing client relationships and closing profitable deals.
  • Experience working with vendors, distributors, or international suppliers is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of market research, lead generation, and competitive analysis.
  • Bility to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales and growth targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
 
 

Data Analysis (2 Positions)

  • Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources for analysis
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, or similar tools
  • Assist in conducting market research studies, both primary (surveys) and secondary (desk research), based on business needs
  • Support survey design using tools like Survey Togo or Qualtrics and use SPSS or Excel for data cleaning, processing, and analysis
