Marketing Supervisor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to promote pesticide products in the market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and distribution, to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures to ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and agricultural organizations.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes related to pesticide products.
  • Prepare marketing reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the pesticides or agricultural industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pesticide products and their applications.

Marketing Assistant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market

Sales Assistant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Be able to collect the sales daily/monthly data
  • Occasion business travel to provinces with manager/director and supports translation and information collection
  • Support the sales to communicate between clients and management
  • Monitoring sales daily behavior in provinces
  • Organize the customer list in full nation
  • Recording the sales payment that has been collected from clients and arranging for weekly transferring and supporting accounting to review the cash and goods amount of each trip
  • Supporting the sales to check uploading items and confirm the sales mission target of each trip

Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Position Summary

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director of a leading agricultural company. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage complex tasks, and a proactive approach to supporting the Managing Director in achieving strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the agricultural sector, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate professionalism in handling sensitive matters.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, including organizing and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and calls.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for internal and external meetings, including reports, presentations, and agendas.
  • Ensure the Managing Director is well-informed of daily priorities and prepared for upcoming commitments.
  • Communication Management: serve as the main point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, farmers, suppliers, investors, and government agencies.
  • Draft, review, and respond to emails, memos, reports, and other business correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Ensure effective and clear communication within the leadership team and across the organization.
  • Travel and Logistics: plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements, including visits to agricultural sites, meetings with suppliers, and international trade events.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all logistics are seamless.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: schedule and organize board meetings, senior leadership meetings, and industry events.
  • Record minutes, prepare follow-up action plans, and track progress.
  • Assist with company events, including agricultural expos, community outreach programs, and investor gatherings.
  • Project Support: assist the Managing Director with special projects such as new agricultural initiatives, sustainability programs, and business development strategies.
  • Research industry trends, regulations, and innovations to support informed decision-making.
  • Document Management: organize and maintain confidential files, contracts, and agreements related to operations, partnerships, and industry compliance.
  • Compile reports and summaries for leadership reviews, including financial, operational, and market performance data.
  • Operational Oversight: collaborate with departmental heads to monitor progress on key initiatives and ensure alignment with the Managing Director’s priorities.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and provide solutions to support smooth operations.

Admin Assistant

Position Summary

Job Summary:

The Admin Assistant is responsible and provides essential support to ensure the smooth operation of an office or organization with responsibilities typically include:

  • Administrative & Office Support:
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, document handling, and office coordination
  • Prepare internal documents including purchase requests, reports, and supplier forms
  • Maintain accurate records of imports, supplier contacts, and purchase documentation
  • Liaise with vendors, logistics providers, and government agencies as needed
  • Import & Customs Clearance:
  • Prepare and verify import documentation (invoices, packing lists, permits, etc.)
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities to ensure timely goods clearance
  • Track shipment progress and update internal stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with national customs regulations and company procedures
  • Vehicle Operation & Maintenance:
  • Drive company vehicle as needed for operational tasks (e.g., goods pick-up, document delivery, supplier visits)

Position Summary

Location: Phnom Penh & Provinces

  • Be able to travel to the field and do demo or trail of company’s products to the farmers
  • Be able to design and perform of demonstration plan for company staff to conduct the demo, and monitoring the results from each staff
  • Search for the good Ai or new Ai which might be good to apply in local market
  • Annual new products testing and update to the management team about results
  • Regular promoting plan for each season and follow-up
  • Maintain good relationship with key farmers & depots of each province
  • Design the combination of pesticides mixture of each key area
  • Other tasks that assigned by managers
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree of Agriculture or a related field
  • Having experiences at least 5 years
  • Excellent Interpersonal communication written and spoken skills in English/Khmer
  • Have to work under pressure, self-discipline, and be able to do the mission travel over 20 days during the season.
