Head of Marketing Department (1 Position)
Location: Head Office
- Marketing and Branding:
- Develop marketing plans and strategies including advertising, communications, and brand positioning.
- Ensure LOLC’s brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts such as events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional materials.
- Build brand awareness and positioning.
- Coordinate with sales team to boost LOLC’s branding and promote the institution and its products and services.
- Actively involved in advertising, promotion, and public media relations.
- Digital Marketing:
- Develop overall digital marketing strategy.
- Plan and control the company's social media channels and company website.
- Monitor the primary marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness of online advertising
- Oversee digital campaign plans to ensure they are innovative, brand led and effective.
- Analysis of end-to-end consumer experience in different digital channels.
- Customer Services:
- Develop customer service standards and guidelines.
- Create a culture and processes which achieve business goals and objectives with regards to better customer service.
- Identify new tools and technologies to better serve the customer.
- Drive better client satisfaction through improving service.
- Monitor customer service implementation at branch levels to ensure good customer services are provided to clients and minimize the client’s waiting time
- Contact Center:
- Manage the day to day performance of the contact center team to deliver a best class services.
- Enhance the First Call Resolution to clients.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer across the company by summarizing and presenting the common clients’ issues to management for solutions.
- Prepare monthly complaint report and present to management.
- Act as focal person in dealing clients complaint to NBC.
- Research:
- Guide research team to conduct regular researches in order to learn about competitors’ product features, clients’ demand, and other external factors that may affect LOLC’s business.
- Conduct SWOT analysis for LOLC by analyzing the strategic position of LOLC compared to the industry.
- Manage the on-going monitoring and reporting of LOLC market share in the microfinance sector.
- Plan and implement market research and customer surveys to assess and evaluate demand, brand positioning and awareness of LOLC financial products and services.
- Master Degree/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5-year experiences in leading marketing and branding with financial institution.

Senior Business Officer (5 Positions)
Location: Head Office
- Assis Business Unit Manager to train/support business officer on how to perform their job well.
- Assist Business Unit Manager to analyze and monitor branch performance and staff productivity.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly follow up on branch disbursement plan and actual disbursement.
- Analyze FSA’s Productivities and provide strategy to improve their productivity if needed.
- Assist Business Unit Manager to monitor branch disbursement by products especially GL, IL, SME…etc.
- Alert and visit branches whose performances are below targets.
- Assist Business Unit Manager to provide strategic directions and coaching to Branch staffs to well manage the branch and grow the business.

- Conduct regular institutional market survey including customer satisfaction, and customer dropout survey.
- Conduct market demand survey to keep track of the market trends on financial products.
- Conduct marketing research studies and analyze findings.
- Conduct feasibility studies on new products and services opportunities.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation on financial services and related projects.
- Conduct microfinance environmental analysis and competition analysis.
- Develop research proposal.
- Write research reports focus mainly on finding and present result to the management.
- Assist management in develop and update market research manual.
- Assist in business analysis by using Power BI tool.

Senior Officer-Java Developer (1 Position)
Location: Head Office
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Java-based backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Implement integration solutions using ESB while ensuring data confidentiality and message integrity.
- Support the development and maintenance of mobile backend services aligned with secure architecture practices.
- Apply OWASP Top 10 principles throughout the SDLC, focusing on input validation, authentication, and access control.
- Participate in system architecture design, documentation, and secure code reviews.
- Conduct logging, monitoring, and mentor junior developers on security and coding best practices.
- Design and maintain databases with encryption and access control.
- Monitor and validate system configurations and integrations based on IT security policy.
- Evaluate and recommend system improvements focused on performance, security, and maintainability.

Digital Marketing Officer (1 Position)

- Oversee social media strategies.
- Write content for press release, event, and news about organization.
- Write and optimize the content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, YouTube, Messenger, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google and others.
- Manage and maintain the LOLC’s website.
- Track and analyze social media traffic and provide regular internal reports.
- Fix any errors or bugs in the online content.
- Edit and post videos, and audio content to online sites.
- Create online banner adverts and oversee the pay per click (PPC) ad management.
- Develop guidelines for ongoing maintenance LOLC’s website and social media.
- Assist in graphic design.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Unit Manager.
- BBA/MBA in Media & Communication, Marketing, Art/Design, or other related fields.
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 year-experiences in related fields.
- Skill in editing and writing content for various digital platforms.
- Knowledge in graphic design and animation design (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dream Weaver, Firework, Flash, etc) and video editing skills.
- Willing to work as a team or as an individual.
- Advance in written skills in both Khmer and English.
- Honest and excellent character with a high commitment to work under pressure.
