- Teach music theory, rhythm, harmony, and instrumental techniques.
- Instruct students in playing musical instruments.
- Prepare students for performance, examinations, or auditions.
- Foster creativity and musical expression through interactive activities.

- Organize and direct school concerts or music events at the end of the school year.

Inventory Controller (2 Positions)
Accountable to: School Director
Salary: Based on the qualification, certification, and experience
- Assist in the purchasing of supplies, equipment, and materials as needed by teachers, students, and operations.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to distribute supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Track stock, generate reports, and update records of received and distributed.
- Stored properly, organized efficiently, and easily accessible, and ensure that necessary materials are available for students, teachers, and the operational team.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years in inventory management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong data analysis skills to track inventory trends and optimize stock levels.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and implement control procedures.
- Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.
Admin Officer (2 Positions)
Accountable to : Deputy Head of School
Salary : Based on the qualification, certification, and experience
- Assist in managing day-to-day office operations and filing students’ documents.
- Answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and providing basic support to students and parents when needed.
- Maintain and update student, staff, and school records. Input attendance data, manage databases, and support tracking and reporting academic or administrative progress.
- Prepare reports, newsletters, and school announcements. Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff.
- Assist in maintaining school office equipment and technology, including copiers, computers, and printers, as well as troubleshooting minor technical issues.
- Bachelor’s in Administration, education management, or related field.
- 2+ years in Admin roles, preferably in a school setting.
- Ability to manage school records, schedules, and office operations efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, students, and parents.
- Ability to handle inquiries, resolve administrative issues, and support school operations.
