Credit Planning Unit Manager (1 Position)

Position Summary

Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and update credit policies, manuals, and procedures in line with regulatory changes and business strategies.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective implementation of credit guidelines and processes.
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to branch on credit policy application and loan structuring.
  • Conduct analysis on loan portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas.
  • Participate in credit product development and enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to credit.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal related to credit planning and policy.
  • Support internal and external audits related to credit policy and planning functions.
  • Train and mentor team members to build knowledge and capacity within the unit.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in credit-related roles, including loan operations, policy formulation, Credit screening or credit risk.
  • Knowledge of loan products, credit processes, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing credit policy and procedural documents.
  • Good at analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 
 

Corporate Sales Unit Manager (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Human resource planning. Recruit Corporate Sale Officer for handling the bank target.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Manage and lead Corporate Sale Team to get corporate customers.
  • Coordinate with BGMs for getting corporate customers.
  • Cross-sell all bank products and services to new and existing customer.
  • Manage and lead corporate sale team to access the customer’s creditworthiness (business performance, collateral) to make sure that it complies with credit policies.
  • Review on Loan Analysis Report, Exception List, Special Note, Property Description and review on loan application for getting Credit Committee Approval.
  • Provide customer’s consultation and advice customer on value-added bank solution.
  • Maintain close relationship with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the bank’s products and services.
  • Monitor and check customers’ repayment.
  • Solve overdue loan and NPL.
  • Handle customer complaint.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance and Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with corporate loan and facility development within the commercial bank.
  • Excellent customer service, client relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem -solving and interpersonal skills
  • Credit evaluation and analysis skills with extensive business insights relate to loan in Cambodia.
  • Strong experiences with Credit Development SME Cooperate customers preferred
  • Proficiency in market research and familiarity with credit

Merchant Acquiring Services Unit Manager (1 Position)

  • Monitor the project, tracking the progress, and perform post implementation review after launch.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of new service/initiatives
  • Manage on evaluation and inspection on legal business contracts and other supporting documents of all customers who request to use any acquiring service in accordance with the requirement of the bank accurately and clearly.
  • Timely manage merchant acquiring service performance and report to management.
  • Monitor business progress of all merchants, analyze risk, collect information, complain and difficulties or other suggestions for improvement in a timely manner.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Finance and Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years experiences with commercial banks or related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in Merchant Acquiring Service, Digital Banking Service
  • and products such as Internet Banking and Mobile Banking is preferable.
  • Good understanding of operational risk and regulation in banking sector and NBC regulations.
  • Good at English and computer literation.
  • High degree of self-motivation, high responsibility, hard-working and integrity.
  • Flexible, willing to learn, able to work under pressure, good team work and interpersonal skill.
 
 

Senior Finance Strategy Officer (1 Position)

  • Experience driving and executing on finance processes (e.g annual budget preparation, monitoring…
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office, analyzing contracts and large data sets using SQL
  • Ability to work as a team and get the job done with the tight timeline.

  • 3 years of relevant experiences as DevOps, System Admin or similar role.
