Barista Trainer

Position Summary

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista Trainer to join our team. The Barista Trainer will be responsible for training customers who purchase our coffee machines, or simply want to learn the skill in coffee preparation. This role ensures that every barista upholds the quality consistency, in making good coffee.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs covering coffee knowledge, brewing techniques, espresso preparation, latte art, and customer service.
  • Conduct regular skill assessments and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Develop training manuals, visual aids, and learning materials.
  • Ensure consistent coffee quality across all outlets by monitoring and mentoring baristas.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new brewing methods, equipment, and coffee knowledge.
  • Organize workshops, refresher courses, and advanced barista training sessions.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and opportunities to implement best practices.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Represent the brand in coffee competitions, events, and exhibitions (if required).
