Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience

Accounting Supervisor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation, review, and verification of accounting records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of control accounts
  • Enter, monitor and review all transactions recorded in the QuickBooks accounting system and reconcile them with control accounts maintained in spreadsheets.
  • Oversee and reconcile bank transactions and credit facilities, performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure proper cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
  • Reconcile financial data across Point of Sale (POS) and record systems, executing required adjustments to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the accounting department to improve operational consistency
  • Assist the CEO with fund planning, cash flow forecasting, preparation of annual financial plans for all related companies, and monitor actual performance against forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Perform monthly and yearly closing of accounts and prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
  • Oversee and execute tax compliance processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of tax returns and payment of taxes owed. Inclusive of monthly and annual tax submissions
  • Coordinate with auditors, serving as the primary contact for audit-related inquiries and providing necessary documentation
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring task completion and skill development
  • Produce financial information and reports as required, providing management with actionable insights
  • Assist with other accounting-related activities as required or delegated by management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting field
  • Strong understanding Cambodian Taxation Law

EDP & Clinical Coordinator

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Visiting Doctors Program (Including SSMC specialists partners: Aegis, IHH and Sunway)
  • Plan and schedule all EDP visiting schedule. Support all foreign visiting doctors in SSMC coordinate flight, accommodation and ground logistics.
  • Key communication and contact person for specialists doctors.
  • Manage budget for cost of traveling and coordinate with service provider and vendors to complete logistics and accommodation
  • Organize and schedule patient appointments
  • Preparation for patient appointment, work with clinical team to ensure smooth work flow
  • Follow up on post consultation with patients and doctors to complete services
  • Write and prepare patient summary report after every doctors’ visit
  • Coordinate with specialists’ clinic and SSMC Marketing team to implement marketing and business development strategies.

  • Responding to patients’ medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral, where necessary.

Renal Nurse – Dialysis

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Knowing how to operate the dialysis machine, readying dialysis equipment, priming dialyzer and bloodlines, and cannulating accesses.
  • Checking the patient’s vital signs before, during, and after dialysis.
  • To ensure that the doctor is provided with all the necessary equipment at the time of the dialysis process
  • Overseeing the entire dialysis therapy and monitoring the patient’s response to it, as well as notifying physicians in case of adverse dialysis reactions.
  • Conduct health teaching about managing the disease. These include the type of food the patient eats, the level of activity needed, and medications.
  • Collaborate with the transplant center and help patients follow-up their cases.
  • Educate family and patients about signs and symptoms to watch out for that may indicate abnormalities such as chilling.
  • That even if they can’t return to their pre-disease state, there are alternatives to help them increase the quality of their lives.
  • Assist the entire dialysis process and answer inquiries and concerns of the patients
  • Monitor the patients progress post treatment before going home
  • Document these reports and hand them to the concerned doctors
  • Assist the patients in taking the prescribed medications and make sure that the patients are following all the instructions given by the doctors
  • Display strong decision-making skills in emergency scenarios-Triage incoming patients based on level of injury or illness-Immediately stabilize incoming patients
  • Create and maintain incoming patient records
  • Work with team of emergency staff to help patients
  • Provides general nursing care to patients Observing and recording patients’ behavior.

  • Associate/ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

  • Reviewing capture images especially on abnormalities are properly recorded.
