- Administration and Facilities Management:

- Transportation & Logistics:
- Manages transportation services for students.
- Develops efficient bus routes and schedules.
- Recruits, trains, and supervises bus drivers.
- Oversees the maintenance and repair of transportation vehicles.
- Manages logistics for field trips, athletic events, and other activities.
- Human Resource:
- Supervise the Human Resource Manager in implementing recruitment, training, and retention strategies.
- Monitor performance management systems and ensure alignment with institutional objectives.
- Oversee the management of employee compensation, benefits, and workplace compliance.
- General Support:
- Provide operational support, assist with special projects, and undertake tasks as assigned.
- Education:
- At least Master's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Educational Administration, or a similar field.
- Relevant certifications are a significant advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in administration and/or facilities management, ideally within the education sector.
- Skills:
