Quality Assurance Officer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Permit Manager:
  • Introduce of Permit
  • How to input New Permit to IMS
  • How to input New Permit amount of each items/product
  • How to input/ deduct Permit amount of each items/product
  • How to record in Master List and confirmation on Product Approval (PA)
  • Import permit input for Pesticides and fertilizers management
  • Detail list of Container arrive:
  • Get information container arrive in group for warehouse delivery
  • Make List drop share to group for warehouse delivery mention warehouse team
  • QC Inspection:
  • Do Product Quality Control (Product arrive)
  • Take photos of Product & Measuring size for Product (Bottle Size)
  • Compare Products
  • Report in group chart
  • QC Sheet Inspection record
  • Product Return from Customers
  • Stock Investigation _Cycle Count:
  • Cycle processing
  • Make Record of cycle count

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the pesticides, fertilizers, or agricultural chemicals industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to travel internationally and attend exhibitions.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and systems.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (preferred, for ease of communication with suppliers during international trips).
 
 

Senior Accountant

Position Summary

Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and preparing financial reports. Their role often involves working closely with management to provide insights into financial performance.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, stock control and payroll processing.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare monthly and annually tax declaration.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making by senior management and follow tax policy.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address any findings or recommendations.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices, recommending adjustments as necessary to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare sale contract and fixed assets.
  • Booking report into Quickbook system.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in tax declaration (Monthly and yearly) and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in audit process and challenging.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the company.

Marketing Supervisor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to promote pesticide products in the market.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and distribution, to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures to ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and agricultural organizations.

Procurement Officer

Position Summary

The Procurement Officer will oversee the purchasing activities for pesticides, fertilizers, and other agricultural products, ensuring cost-effective procurement of high-quality materials. The role requires strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills to secure the best deals and meet the company’s supply chain needs. In addition, the Procurement Officer will accompany the Director on international trips, particularly to China, to attend exhibitions related to pesticides and fertilizers, with the objective of identifying new suppliers and staying updated on industry trends.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Procurement Management:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for pesticides, fertilizers, and other related products.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient purchases.
  • Maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and negotiate long-term contracts.
  • Monitor and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any discrepancies or delays.
  • Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation:
  • Conduct supplier evaluations based on product quality, pricing, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovations in the pesticides and fertilizers market.
  • Conduct cost and market analysis to benchmark pricing and ensure competitive procurement.
  • Exhibition Participation:
  • Accompany the Director to China and other international locations to attend pesticides and fertilizer exhibitions.

Marketing Assistant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
  • Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market

Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping goods within a warehouse or distribution center. They ensure inventory accuracy, maintain a clean workspace, and follow safety regulations while handling products and equipment.

  • Manage inbound and outbound process in the warehouse

Warehouse Supervisor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Overseeing warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and maintaining records of transactions.
  • Managing a team of warehouse workers to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time to customer.
  • Assigning tasks to employees based on their specific job responsibilities within the warehouse.
  • Coordinating with other departments such as accounting to ensure that invoices are processed accurately.
  • Scheduling overtime to meet deadlines or special projects as needed.
  • Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately.
  • Support organizing and participate in stock takes at regular intervals.
