Admin Supervisor

Position Summary

Report to: Deputy Director/ Director/ Chairman

Working Hours: 7:30AM-5:30PM (Monday –Friday), 8:00AM - 12:00 PM (Saturday)

The Admin Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily administrative functions of the KWIS. She/he will oversee administrative staff, manage budgets expense, and implement policies and procedures. The Admin Supervisor will ensure that the office is running smoothly, and all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Here are the main duties of the Admin Supervisor.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise operation teams, housekeeping, facility, and security teams to work effectively and efficiently in order meet the school standard;
  • Supervise Operation Team (Admin Officer, Stock Controller, Security Guard, Driver, Chef and Maintenance Officer) in the daily operations;
  • Verify daily admin duties in the office, including food request, daily and monthly operation supplies requests both non-academic and academic Teams, etc.;
  • Supervise and monitor on a day to day to the teams of housekeeping, facility, and security teams to ensure the quality standards of the school;
  • Ensure daily cleanup of the campus and ongoing maintenance of buildings;
  • Supervise daily students pick-up and drop-off;
  • Ensure the secure and safety of buildings for employees and students;
  • Verify monthly budget plan for the teams of housekeeping, facility, and security teams;
  • Determine allocations of supplies, materials, and equipment for students each class, teachers and staff
  • Maintain sound procedures for the security, school routines, supervision and maintenance of the school environment, ensuring that the school premises are fit for the intended purposes
  • Monitor and control resources (inventory, stationaries, supplies and other school assets)
  • Plan and organize parent meetings, staff training, meetings and Board meetings
  • Take lead or coordinate school event planning and management
  • Be in charge of recruitment, hiring, training, meeting and evaluating staff
  • Direct or coordinate activities of staff and external educational activities
  • Assist Deputy Director in managing and planning strategies for the school cafeteria service standard in order to achieve high satisfaction level from students;
  • Assist Deputy Director in developing, implementing, and reviewing operational standards, policies, and procedures;
  • Assist Deputy Director in ensuring full compliance with SOP's, policies, procedures and service standards
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Deputy Director, Director and Chairman
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-year experience in school operation, maintenance and facility is preferred.
  • Experience in international school is a plus;
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and deliver effective result;
  • Desire to learn and overcome new challenges;
  • Hard working and self-motivated person, honest, reliable, loyal, and very good team work;
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills;

Finance Supervisor

Position Summary

Report to: Deputy Director, school and Chairman

Campus: All KWIS

Working Hours: 7:30AM-5:30PM (Monday –Friday), 8:00AM - 12:00 PM (Saturday)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily income & expenses.
  • Manage petty cash
  • Post daily income & expense in group telegram
  • Prepare monthly report.
  • Prepare monthly tax declaration (Income and Expense).
  • Prepare school fee, book fee and lunch fee report.
  • Prepare unpaid list and send to CS department.
  • Prepare deposit list.
  • Posting QuickBooks tax.
  • Check materials when admin purchase in.
  • Check and fill Suspend form, drop form & return form.
  • Check and verify referral fee report.
  • Check and confirm for school fee, book fee, bus fee and lunch fee that CS send in group Customer Service
  • Check and confirm upgrade/ down grade and change shift.
  • Calculate compensate for students.
  • Check weekly list of staffs and student lunch.
  • Check monthly Household, monthly OS for staffs and classes.
  • Check students in lunch time.
  • Check supporting document in order to issue expense slip and PV.
  • Combine file income & expense, daily cash collect to save in google drive.
  • Save Daily income & expense, Daily cash collect, Expense & Income detail and Monthly Daily income & expense to google drive.
  • Calculate upgrade students list at the end of the year (for students paid over academic year).
  • Check monthly drop, suspend and return from academic.
  • Update unpaid over 7 days to CS group.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by deputy director, director and Chairman
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and banking or a related field
  • At least two years with proven experiences with similar roles
  • Self-motivate, independent, self-organize, good communication & teamwork.
  • Well understanding of financial standards and tax regulation of Cambodia.
  • Good Knowledge of word, excel, Quick Books or accounting system.
  • Possess strong leadership skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Awareness of business trends.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize

Head of Teaching Assistant

Position Summary

Report to: Student Affairs

Campus: TK/BTB

Working Hours: 7:00AM-5:00PM (Monday –Friday), 8:00AM- 11:30AM (Saturday)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Gate duties in the morning (7:00am to 8:00 AM) and afternoon (3:40 to 5:00 PM).
  • Work with TAs to monitor the class schedule and attendance records.
  • Record of students who return homework and notify to customer services to follow up with the parents if students have not returned.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment.
  • Monitor and record students who eat, drink and sleep at school.
  • Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean at all time.
  • Oversee students and TAs during non-classroom times including in-between classes, during lunch, and on field excursions.
  • Weekly follow up with TAs about preparing student homework and student’s portfolio.
  • Double check on TA materials request and follow up with the material request.
  • Substitute the class if needed.
  • Help monitor and remind TAs about student’s belongings.
  • Upload student’s attendance in Google Drive daily before going home.
  • Attend all training classes, parent conferences, and faculty meetings as required.
  • Keep and maintain incident report record.
  • Collect attendance from TA in each class daily.
  • Collect teaching diary from teachers.
  • Check TA attendance.
  • Report incident to the school nurse.
  • Prepare a set of study materials and label them for the newly enrolled students.
  • Evaluate TA termly.
  • Return the materials after being requested
  • Performed other tasks assigned by student affairs and Academic Manager.

Position Summary

Report to : Head Teacher

Campus : Boeng Trabek Campus

Working Hours : 7:30AM-5:00PM (Monday –Friday)

A teacher is a teaching professional who is meant to help the students to gain knowledge, competence, and virtue. He/she also involves in developing the school curriculum to provide the best of education to students.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Follow the pacing guide to make sure that it is on par with the curriculum
  • Prepare lesson plan, homework, quizzes and exam
  • Make sure the class is orderly operated
  • Conduct the placement test of new students
  • Prepare and mark homework/worksheets, tests, and examination papers
  • Record the marked papers
  • Meet all the deadlines as required
  • Check and record the student’s attendance
  • Prepare and suggest materials for IEYC and IPC program
  • Substitute classes if needed
  • Fill in report cards/assessment files
  • Deal with parent complaints/ suggestions
  • Take part in course syllabus design
  • Facilitate PTC, and other school events
  • Revise and update school curriculum if needed
  • Greet parents and students in the morning at the entrance
  • Evaluate TAs
  • Join monthly meeting or training
  • Do some other assigned tasks by line manager.

Teacher Assistants

Position Summary

Report to: Head TA/Academic Management

Job Category: Academic

Working Hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday and (Half Day on Saturday Morning)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist the substitute teacher if the homeroom teacher is absent
  • Substitute the other TA when necessary
  • Keep students on tasks
  • Motivate less focused students to participate
  • Organized bags, clothes and milk supplies and note the student’s material name clearly.
  • Make milk for students on time as instructed by parents or when students are hungry.
  • Organize classroom items and supplies
  • Supervise the students during lunch, break, and napping time
  • Assist with pick up and drop off of children in the mornings and afternoons
  • Inform the direct supervisor if parents drop off a sick child
  • Inform the direct supervisor if the student seems to be sick during class time
  • Take part in all trainings, meetings and other school events (as required) during the school year
  • Keep the students’ classwork neat and organized
  • Decorate the classroom for some special occasions
  • Display the students’ work throughout the classroom and/or school
  • Help children with personal hygiene (wash hands, blow nose, shower, dress up…)
  • Assist teacher with classroom preparation and daily needs
  • Check all medicine that enters the campus and confirm dosage with parents
  • Write students’ names on all their belongings
  • Control the student’s hygiene and make sure that the students and TAs themselves wear masks and wash hands more often
