WORK LOCATION

- Plant Protection:
- Implement and monitor compliance with established standards, regulations, and procedures regarding pesticide use.
- Conduct weekly pesticide usage assessments.
- Provide training and guidance on pesticide application for Plant Protection team workers at the Enterprise/Farm.
- Report pesticide usage history to the Technical Department according to the management hierarchy.
- Disease Control:
- Implement and monitor compliance with established standards, regulations, and procedures on biosecurity.
- Conduct weekly disease assessments.
- Provide training and guidance on disease identification and assessment for workers at the Enterprise/Farm.
- Report disease assessment results to the Technical Department according to the management hierarchy.
- Qualifications
- Graduated from College, University or higher in Plant Protection majors or related fields.

Chassis Repair Technical Specialist
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
WORK LOCATION

- Receive, inspect, repair, and evaluate all damaged machinery and equipment related to hydraulic systems and electro-hydraulic systems for construction machinery and automobiles; provide daily work reports.
- Assess repair quality, conduct acceptance testing, and hand over repaired equipment to operational units.
- Provide daily work efficiency reports, technical reports, and supplier feedback reports.
- Follow maintenance and repair procedures, ensuring compliance with 5S, occupational safety, and fire prevention regulations at the workplace.
- Qualifications
- College or University Graduated with major Automotive Technology / Construction Machinery Engineering or related fields.

- Monitor vehicle/machine maintenance information at the complex, develop maintenance plans in accordance with regulations.
- Supervise vehicle/machine records, including warranty expiration, maintenance history, and repair records.
- Manage technical documents related to the maintenance and repair of vehicles/machines.
- Coordinate in monitoring damaged vehicles/machines, oversee repair progress, and propose solutions to expedite repairs.
- Achieve assigned KPI targets.
