CAD Operator Intern for Building (1 Position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- The CAD Operator will work closely with the Project Team Leader with specific tasks assigned as below:
- Prepare detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and Auto Desk Civil 3D based on detailed designs.
- Prepare and review design drawings for building in 2D, 3D.
- Calculate BoQ based on the design drawings.
- Create accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits.
- Support the project team in the design process, to create sketches and drawings of roads, building and structure works.
- Update all engineering design drawing standards of the project.
- Prepare master plan for drawings.
- Prepare architectural and detailed structural plan for building.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management Team.
- Year 4 or fresh graduate student from RUFA,
- Bachelor degree of Architecture,
- Able to use Autodesk (AutoCAD 2D, Sketch UP 3D, Civil 3D, Revit,), Adobe Photoshop,
- Able to use 3D rendering software such as Enscape, D5, Lumion
- Good command of English languages in both writing and speaking;
- Good communication and team collaboration.
Road Design Engineer Intern (1 Position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Road Design Engineer will work closely with the Project Team Leader with specific tasks assigned as below:
- Draw and design the roads, plan and profile, and cross-section (Using the Civil 3D program).
- Able to export topographic survey for design and documentation works,
- Coordinate with Road Designer on all matters related to Design.
- Review constructions detailed design and technical specifications.
- Understand road design MPWT road design standard, road sign standard, AASHTO, Local Road design codes and standards
- Familiarity with construction materials (e.g., asphalt, concrete) and techniques.
- Support the project team in the design process, to create sketches and drawings that work:
- Maintain and continually updae the sub-project drawings lists and create, edit, and update standard details for use in projects;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.

Structural Design Engineer (Bridge and Box Culvert) (1 Position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Proficiency in analyzing structural systems, including load distribution, seismic forces, and wind resistance.
- Familiarity with hydraulic principles for designing culverts and bridges to handle water flow and debris.
- Able to export topographic survey for design and documentation works,
- Review constructions detailed design and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of MPWT road design standard, road sign standard, AASHTO, Local Road design codes and standards ASTM Standards
- Familiarity with construction materials (e.g., asphalt, concrete) and techniques.
- Support the project team in the design process, to create sketches and drawings that work:
- Maintain and continually update the sub-project drawings lists and rceate, edit, and update standard details for use in projects;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management Team.
- Year 4 or fresh graduate student from, ITC- Techno, Norton, NTTI, tsipwt

- Hands on experience on structural analysis and design software such as SAP2000, STAAD. Pro, robot CSI Bridge, LEAP Bridge Concrete AutoCAD

CAD Operator for Water Supply and Sanitation (1 Position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Prepare Detailed Design, Drawings, estimates and Bidding documents;
- Set up / develop CAD drafting for WTPs and distribution networks as required;
- Liaise with all team members, especially process, structural and hydraulic designers and with GIS and survey specialists and provide required technical support
- Ensure drawings are prepared in an international standards, preferably ISO standards, which relies heavily on the Code of Procedure for the Construction Industry;
- Set up systems to fully utilize the capabilities of CAD for review and monitoring of the subprojects and continued use by the PWWs for planning, asset management, etc, with the GIS system.
- Set up drawings/systems from which to determine quantities (e.g. pipe lengths, soil quantities, concrete quantities, etc).
- Check for data consistency (slopes, invert levels, structure dimensions etc.) in all relevant documentation.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Team Leader / Deputy Team Leader.
- Degree or equivalent in civil engineering or a related discipline;
- 8 years of relevant professional experience with at least 6 years of experience in CAD drawing of civil engineering works, including water treatment plants and/or water supply networks;
- Knowledge and skills on how to draw sections through pumping stations and tanks showing location of pipes, valves, sluice gates, pumps, electrical equipment cranes, etc.
