Head of Program, Partnership and Impact (HPPI)

Position Summary

This position is Specified Duration Contract—based at Country Office

The Head of Program, Partnership and Impact plays a vital role in the implementation of the Country Strategic and in providing overall leadership to the program delivery team. S/he has overall responsibility for the strategic oversight and quality implementation of core program portfolio of new country strategy. S/he plays crucial roles in building the strong strategic partnership with local and INGOs for quality and impactful program implementation.

 
 

Technical Specialist for Skill and Opportunity for Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship (TS-SOYEE)

Position Summary

This position is Specified Duration Contract—based at Country Office

The Technical Specialist lead the design and technical support of Plan International Cambodod’s SOYEE and Women’s Economic Development in alignment with Plan International Cambodia’s Country Strategy and global results framework under the Area of Global Distinctness (AoGD). S/he is responsible to achieve a rights-based, gender transformative and inclusive program. S/he will also ensure efficient technical support to the partners and program delivery team. S/he is responsible for contributing innovation and ensuring lessons learnt are constantly integrated in program interventions, thus continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness. Also, S/he will promote Plan’s profile through networking and influencing in scaling up best practice with key development players in Cambodia.

 
 

CCOSC Project Manager (Creative consortium for out of school children)

Position Summary

This position is Specified Duration Contract—based at Ratanakiri PU Program

The employment contract will only proceed if we are awarded the contract, expected starting 01 January 2025.

The CCOSC Project Manager is responsible for the overall managing of the project to ensuring that the project’s activities are implemented, monitored and delivered in accordance with the project agreement and donor requirements. This is included the regular project tracking, data management, reporting, coordination with relevant stakeholder at provincial level, and routine support to projects officers.


 
 

Project Officer for CCOSC (Creative consortium for out of school children) (2 Positions)

Position Summary

This position is Specified Duration Contract—based at Ratanakiri and Stung Treng

The employment contract will only proceed if we are awarded the contract, expected starting 01 January 2025.

The Project Officer is responsible for supporting a Project Manager for overall coordination of the project monitoring and implementing of the project activities in responsible provinces through working with Provincial of Education Youth and Sport, District of Education Youth and Sport, Schools, School Management Committee, and local authority for the delivery of quality project.
