Donor Report Coordinator (1 Position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- To communicate and gather data from partner NGOs on reports.
- To conduct field visit and giving inputs on data collection, photos and reports.
- To gather information and data to develop project proposal.
- To ensure that the donor requirements are fulfilled and up to date and relay to staff to understand and act.
- To build relationship with stakeholders, beneficiaries to quote specific and unique issues and story to write into reports where the program activities operated.
- To work collaboration with Clear Cambodia’s partners organizations and relevant donors.
- Other works as required by Program Manager.
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration and or related field.
- Experience of project development and management.
- Experience of WASH management in the communities.
- Work independently and demonstrate the ability to multi-tasks.
- Be good in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), e-mail and Internet.
- Effective communication and facilitation skill.
- Able to speak and write good English.

Pipe Water Technical Project Coordinator (1 Position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- To work with department, institutions that have experiences on pipe water, mechanize borehole and hand pump.
- To develop plan of action on monitoring to each project location.
- To provide daily manage and monitor to all project plans so that the requirement from donor is fulfilled.
- To provide technical training on hand pump facilities, pipe water and mechanize borehole to the water committees to ensure that they understand and use it properly with capacity of independently operate the water system.
- To work alongside with technical partners on area selection, technical on pipe water and mechanized borehole and hand pump projects.
- Working with teachers, authorities, church leaders, communities and water committee for monitoring pipe water, mechanize borehole and hand pump.
- To ensure the functionality of daily operation for water supply system, with closely follow up and cooperation with Regional project manager and School WASH partnering project coordinator.
- Other works as required by Line Manager.
- Bachelor degree of geology or related field.

School WASH Project Facilitator (1 Position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- To work with school partnering project coordinator in developing plan of action for project implementation with cooperation with other key staff, and school principals.
- To manage/monitor daily project implementation of school WASH, hand pumps and other project activities.
- To strengthen the quality of the school health education by mobilization health & hygiene promotion training manual to reach all school students in the target schools.
- To ensure effective use of resources, deploying them to maximize the possibility of achieving results (outcome) of school hygiene and sanitation promotion in the target schools.
- To consult with the school partnering project coordinator and its team in selecting schools in the targeted areas, and ensure all schools fit with selection criteria.
- To work with school partnering project coordinator in providing training workshop on WASH to target schools.
- To work with school principals and teachers to ensure the quality constructions of School Water Filter, Hand Washing Stations and School Latrines.
- To work with school partnering project coordinator to conduct a meeting with stakeholders/partners in target schools including school principals and teachers, school support committee (SSC), Commune Councils (CC), and DoEYS on key WASH message.
- At least 2 years working on community health education, ideally including experience in good facilitation, and management.
- Should have experience of WASH program.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), e-mail and Internet.
- Effective communication and facilitation skill.
- Able to speak and write some English.

- Must be willing to travel to remote targeted communities.

Monitoring Report Coordinator (1 Position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- To work with Regional project manager and sWASH partnering project coordinators on developing schedule to monitor post construction at the target areas.
- To conduct monitoring and maintaining School Water Filter, Hand Washing Stations, School Latrines, Hand pumps, Pipe water, Mechanized boreholes and other project activities at target areas.
- To take photo for monitoring iForm report.
- To gather and narrate the success story with the unique of each individual.
- Prepare online reports to donors as requirement.
- To work with stakeholders/partners in target areas including school principals and teachers, school support committee (SSC), Commune Councils (CC), DoEYS and other committees to maintain and repair the post productions.
- At least 2 years working on community development, ideally including experience in good facilitation, and management.
- Should have experience of WASH program.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), e-mail and Internet).

- Able to speak and write some English.

School WASH Partnering Project Coordinator (1 Position)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Cooperate with local church pastors to strengthen capacity of home churches, and church members in respected locations on spiritual nurture and WASH.
- Conduct school WASH training to school directors, teachers and local church pastors with the cooperation from district education, local authority.
- Develop and Building strong network with the churches, home churches within target areas with regular meeting conducted.
- Home visit to churches and home churches in the target districts for purpose of building capacity to the members and to create new home churches.
- Regular communication will be required with school directors, commune, village local authorities, Finance, Administration Department, Provincial Department of Rural Development (PDRD), District of Education Youths & Sports (DoEYS), school teachers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- To join meeting related to WASH with other Partners NGOs, Government Ministry, and other stakeholders as requirement
- Must be completed Bachelor Degree or University Level.
- Experience of working with community development and WASH program.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), e-mail and Internet).
- Effective communication and facilitation skill.
- Able to speak and write good English.
