  • Strategic purpose of the position:
  • Covering outlets by assigned areas and Distributor.
  • Responsible for effective implementation of PicOS, national and localised promotions in designated market area/outlets by ensuring all sales/brand activities are properly carried out according to the Quality, Availability, Affordability and Perfect Execution (QAAP) standards

Automation Engineer Executive (1 Position)

Position Summary

  • Responsible to lead the automation inclusive maintenance ( internal or external), upgrades hardwares or software on services and licence
  • Responsible for work order(WO) scoping, proritisation, quality of work order detail, issuing of work orders, and the effective follow up and closing out of work orders.
  • Plan, control, and monitor plant control & instrumentation maintenance activities through work order system.

  • Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Control and monitoring inventory data daily, weekly, monthly. Ensure high inventory accuracy data. Perform daily cycle stock count.
  • Develops, maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with Carlsberg regulations by SOP, OPL….
  • Secures property by developing protection and access policies and procedures; coordinating with security team.
  • Updates career knowledge by participating in training opportunities; learning the best practices in Carlsberg Group; maintaining cooperation networks with Carlsberg team.
  • Accomplishes warehouse operations and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Accomplishes warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures complying with Carlsberg regulations.
  • Accomplishes warehouse Lean TPM process complying with Carlsberg Lean TPM strategy. Develops and maintains 5S in working place. Daily report PMS and escalate the initiating corrective actions to higher management level.
  • Develops Tactical Implementation Plan apply for all staff and improving Skill Matrix and Competency Matrix comply with Carlsberg Standard.
  • Develops Gemba Kaizen in working place to improvements process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes.
  • Accomplishes My voice program to improvement working environment. Implementing communication with all staff to improve working condition, implementing changes as reasonable needs. Organize team building as agreement plan.

  • Minimum 5-year relevant experience in warehouse operations preferably in a beverage manufacturing environment.
