Announcement Description

Cambodia Air Traffic Services Co., Ltd. (CATS) is a company operating its business in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The main function of CATS is to provide air traffic control services, both civil and military throughout the Flight Information Region (FIR) of Cambodia. The services provided are in accordance with international standards and regulations to ensure safe, convenient and expeditious air travel. CATS now is seeking for qualified candidates who fit to below position:

Duties
  • Analysis, designing, coding, testing and implementing system;
  • Support end users to operate system well;
  • Trouble shooting all technical issues related to servers;
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly database backup;
  • Make documentary for all systems changed/updated;
  • Coding and testing following to system analyst assignment;
  • Research and improve new technique for programming;
  • Responsible for application operation; and
  • Perform other related work as required.
Requirements
  • Male or Female;
  • Age 22 – 30 years old;
  • Fresh graduated Bachelor Degree in IT / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or related field;
  • Experience in Programming is advantage;
  • Understanding well about Object Oriented Programming (OOP);
  • Good knowledge in one of programming language such as VB.NET, C#.NET, PHP or JAVA
  • Basic understanding in web designing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, bootstrap, jQuery;
  • Basic understanding in database design, table, view, stored procedure; and
  • Good willing hard with high responsibility.

Duties
  • Be an assistance to ENS;
  • Perform periodically and daily check for all facility/equipment status of NVS, SVS and COM;
  • Records all facility/equipment malfunction of ENS by verifying with ATS Log;
  • Reports to ENS Head regarding to any facility/equipment malfunction;
  • Solves problem initially in case of system failed, if capable;
  • If required, cooperate with TSP/TDM engineer/technician for repairing or fixing any facility/equipment malfunction; and
  • Performs related work as required.
Requirements
  • Male or female;
  • Age 20-30;
  • Graduated Bachelor Degree in Electronic or Telecommunication Engineering;
  • Work permanently at Siem Reap Angkor International Airport;
  • Has current residence at Siem Reap is an advantage;
  • Knowledge in hardware, LAN, Network, testing equipment and tools;
  • Good command of English;
  • Good personality and honest; and
  • Willingness to work hard with high responsibility.

  • Performs other related work as required.
Requirements
  • Male or female;
  • Age: not over 35 years old;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering;
  • Good command of English;
  • Knowledge in all kinds of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge in electronic components;
  • Knowledge in principle of communication, data communication and inventory system;
  • Good personality and honest;
  • Willingness to work hard with high responsibility.

  • Prepares accounting detail and bank reconcile;
  • Submits tax declaration;
  • Maintains related documents in proper file; and
  • Performs other related work as required.

  • Male or female;
  • Age over 22 years old;
  • Graduated Bachelor’s Degree in accounting;
  • Good command of English;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially QuickBooks;
  • Good personality and honest;
  • Self-motivate & flexible;
