L.M.M DISTRIBUTION CO., LTD is one of the leading companies in distributing and marketing baby products in Cambodia. We have been working with international baby products companies to serve Cambodian babies with high quality products since 2001. Our products include top selling brands, including Drypers baby diapers, Angel feeding bottles, Nutrigold, Pierval Spring water, etc.

We are currently looking for a candidate for the positions below:

Announcement Positions

Child Health and Nutrition Specialist (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Products knowledge training and children health training to all related teams;
  • Ensure all related teams have strong products and related knowledge by providing training and testing;
  • Constantly provides update on new findings and medical science related information on infant formula, children formula, child care and development;
  • Gather market and competitors intelligence, and regularly organize team meeting to update information to all sales, marketing, and hospital teams;
  • Organize round table, meetings, training, and symposium with Health Care Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders, and be the key speaker;
  • Maintain effective relationship with health professionals and Key Opinion Leaders;
  • Provide counsel and advise to consumers via phone call, e-mail, and on social media;
  • Work with Marketing Team to create all related promotional materials;
  • Provide scientific substantiations for marketing claims to enable Marketing to develop science based claims/stories that are effective to the consumer and acceptable by Ministry of Health;
  • Ensure marketing material produced are fully complied with WHO code and local regulatory guidelines;
  • Participate and contribute to marketing planning and execution;
  • Other works assigned by management;
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Graduate/degree holder, preferably in Science or a Medical doctor / pharmacist
  • At least 2 years experience in medical/nutrition company;
  • Good knowledge in nutrition and medical science;
  • Good communication, presentation skills;
  • Dynamic and team player with result oriented
  • Highly committed and able to work under pressure and flexible working hours
  • English and computer proficiency
 
 

Graphic Designer (3 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Design marketing materials, event promotion, and creative artworks including leaflet, banners, print ads, images for printing and digital media, etc.
  • Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
  • Handle artwork printing and negotiation with printing house.
  • Assist in designing presentation layout, design, templates, etc.
  • Trouble4shoot and maintain all IT related equipment’s.
  • Manage Facebook page, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by supervisor/manager’s
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in IT or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in graphic design and computer maintenance.
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic software.
  • Able to use Adobe premiere, Sony Vegas or other Editing software
  • Creative flair and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of offset printing
  • Self-integrity and friendly
  • Able to work independently and under tight-time schedule
 
 

Sales Executive (4 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Promote and push sales volume within the assigned area or channel
  • Maintain and build good relationship with existing customer
  • Find out the new potential customer (Dealers and outlets) to keep expanding the market.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly call, visit plan and discuss with Sales Supervisor/ Manager for effective plan implement.
  • Keep seek feedback in market on competitors’ price, sales, and promotion activities that competing in the market.
  • Review personal sales performance such daily, weekly, and monthly and discuss with Sales Supervisor or Manager to find the new innovation sales strategies to meet or exceed sales target.
  • Accountable on the customer’s payment, account receivables, and the stock in order to give good image to the company.
  • Represent on behalf of company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree of Sales and Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year experiences working as sales executive in relevant industry
  • Good in English, verbal/written communication
  • Good Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Eager to learn & self-motivation

Trade Marketing Executive_Province (2 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Grow and develop relationships with customers in assigned area.
  • Open new outlet
  • Handle incentive program
  • Assist marketing strategy and marketing plan assist marketing survey to find out demand and competition
  • Coordinate for marketing campaign
  • Meet prospective and build customer relationship
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report
  • Creative idea in design and develop promoting materials such as company profile, annual report, brochures, leaflet, poster, newsletter and calendar
  • Daily visit outlets to check stock, merchandising, POSM materials in assigned area
  • Other task assigned by manager

  • Graduate/degree holder, or relevant degree
  • At least 1-2 year experience in related skill
  • Good communication, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Dynamic and team player with result oriented
  • Able to work independently and under tight-time schedule

Activation Supervisor (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Leading team do the Roadshow & Sampling Activation in any area at Phnom PenhCoordinate and manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high quality event.
  • Ensure a smooth operation throughout each event.
  • Plan and propose workflows for every event.
  • Develop route plans for on-ground activities targeted to potential consumers
  • Considers how actions or plans will affect customers, respond quickly to meetCustomer needs and resolve the problems
  • Implements effective ways to monitor and evaluate customer concerns, issues and satisfaction and anticipate customer needs
  • Any kind of work assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • High school certificate, vocational training, or any university degrees
  • Fresh graduated or experiences from any advertising companies will be advantage
  • Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Result-oriented, friendly, hard-working, confident and honest
  • Language Requirement: Good command both Khmer and English
  • Self-motivated and like meeting with new people
  • Experienced in leading on-ground activations / events
  • Has experience in securing location licenses and requirements to execute on-ground activities
 
 

Direct Sales Representative (2 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Visit appointed clinics/hospitals/ health centers as assigned by Senior Marketing Manager
  • Establish and maintain effective relationship with doctors and HCP’s (Health Care Opinion Leaders)
  • Understand product knowledge of nutrition and children health care in market
  • Daily phone call to provide advice on nutrition product using and children health care issue and also check with customers if they have still used this product
  • Gather competitors activities and information and report to Manager
  • Provide daily and monthly report on data visit at clinics/hospitals/ health centers to Manager
  • Coordinate on round table, meeting, product knowledge training organization (including prepare invitation letters,…)
  • Follow up, push or eliminate non-active clinics/hospitals/ health centers which could not find users
  • Find out new clinics/hospitals/health centers to increase more users
  • Other tasks will be assigned by supervisor/manager.

  • Graduate/degree holder, preferably in Health and Science or relevant degree
  • At least 1 year experience in Nutrition product and children health care
  • Good communication, presentation and problem solving skills

Promoter (5 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Setting up and maintaining demonstration area, such as a table, stand, or booth at various events in any area as assigned plan.
  • Keeping the demonstration area tidy and well stocked with products, or samples.
  • Educate end user about company products
  • Answering any question potential customers might have about a product or services
  • Attractive target customer to visit product, samples at booth in various event
  • Recording transaction and stock level
  • Processing customer payment
  • Generating report about that outline customers’ interested, question asked, number of products, samples/ literature sold or distributed at various events
  • Stay up to date with product or service feature
  • Any kind of work has assigned by Activation Supervisor
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • High school diploma.
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, or a related filed, preferred
  • Proven working experience as a promoter
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skill
  • Proven track record of successfully promotions
