Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Involve in recruitment, training and career development
- Establish and review HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks
- Have an extensive source of network and knowledge on recruitment, justifying staffs and measuring performance
- Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts; deciding on how best to advertise
- Provide administrative support to ensure that all operations are maintained in an effective and smoothly.
- Prepare monthly payroll & leave
- Maintains company staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
- Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.
- Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
- Monitor Staff welfare, benefit and working condition, reward and recognition practices.
- Develop annual performance appraisal system (KPI)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Bachelor degree in Human resource or business management
- Good communication skills, analytical and strong team leader
- Result oriented and self-driven with great presentation skills
- Professional skills in planning, organizing, delegating and evaluating;
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good oral and written in English and Khmer
- Able to handle pressure and high responsibility
Assistant F&B Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Responsibilities include, day to operation, training and on-going development of team members. Responsibilities also require direct and routine interaction with key operational divisions
- Monitors food & beverage services and quality on a regular basis to maintain key quality standards
- Utilize leadership skills and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction
- Selects and develops strategies to improve guest service, productivity and efficiency.
- Identifies training needs and ensures staff receives training, including daily skills training to provide consistent, knowledgeable, and reliable service.
- Proficient in Duty Management Shifts
- Marketing and other promotion
- Selects and develops strategies to improve guest service, productivity and efficiency.
- F&B management experience in Fast food/hospitality/restaurant or bakery at least 2-3 years
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Ms. Office, outlook and Internet Email, POS system
- Proven records of knowledge in the areas of food hygiene, food handling and other F& B related health and safety requirements
- Experience of leading and motivating a team
- Ability to handle the multiple tasks and reach the tight time frame
- Excellent planning, control skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and long hours when required

Accountant
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Handle full set of accounts, Tax processing, petty cash and cash flow
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing and reporting
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the accounts payable functions and expenses analysis and managing payment processing matters
- Perform journal entries and reconciliations for accounts closing
- Inventory auditing once a month
- Administer the assistant accountants to allocate jobs
- Submission of tax
- Liaise with banks and participate in audit procedures
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/degree in Accountancy.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting system Quickbook
- Independent, mature with excellent communication and teamwork
- Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multi-task effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
