Audit Manager (1 Position)
Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 USD (per annum)
- The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing audit teams servicing local and multinational clients and monitoring the completion of audit assignments, including reporting to our clients’ board of management.
- Planning and organizing audit assignments, conducting reviews on the systems of accounting and internal controls, finalization of statutory financial statements and reviewing audit reports, management letters & consolidated accounts.
- Lead teams of senior and assistant auditors and execute efficient client audits with high quality deliverables.
- Reporting to Partners and working closely for improvement of overall internal control and processes.
- Relevant experience as Senior Auditor/ Assistant Audit Manager/Audit Manager (Preferably from a Big 4 or medium-tier firm)
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA) (Qualified/Pursuing)
- Strong grasp of business and technical issues and industry trends
- Ability to communicate clearly at all levels with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships
- Good computer literacy
- Fluency in English in Khmer
Senior Audit Associate (3 Positions)
Salary: As per best industry practice
- Carrying out quality audit and other assurance services to clients in a specific industry sector by leading the audit team.
- Provide management over a portfolio of clients and deliver high quality audit and assurance service, including preparing and reviewing audit plans and work.
- Maintain the highest possible technical and professional standard while performing the audit assignment.
- Monitor and control junior auditing staff
- Coach, train and develop junior auditing staff to upgrade their knowledge.
- Identify performance improvement opportunities
- Interact with clients to help ensure that the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient.
- Think strategically about client needs by understanding their business and key risks.
- Addresses situation before they come to crisis and develops solutions to avoid recurrence
- Participants in the development of ways to meet client needs, contributes to proposal delivery.
- Identifying ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value.
- Professional accounting qualification and/or a Bachelor degree and/or Master degree in Accounting and Finance or related field
- ACCA/CPA qualified/students desired
- 3+ years of external audit experience, ideally with exposure to financial services and assurance sectors

Senior Tax Associate (1 Position)
Salary: As per best industry practice
- Assist the senior tax manager in handling tax audit on behalf of the client from tax audit assistant engagement till final settlement with tax department.
- Understanding the requirement from the tax auditor for documents of client and arranging the same from the client for submission to Tax Auditor
- Understanding and interpreting the tax reassessment letter and communicating with the client for further requirement of documents
- Preparation of Tax Objection Letter based on supporting documents received from client and as per the tax law as prevailing in Cambodia
- Submission of the supporting documents to Tax Auditor in support of the objection letter and communicating on behalf of the client.
- Assist in providing variety of tax services (i.e. tax preparation, tax review, tax advisory, etc.) with quality and timely deliverables
- Conduct well research and analyze tax opinions by applying understandings of legislation and the interpretation of case law
- Assist Partners and Directors in pro-actively managing client relationships, respond to all client queries in an effective and timely manner
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience; manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects
- Address any knowledge gaps through learning and adaptation as appropriate
- Contribute to continuous improvement of in-house systems and procedures
- Successful candidates must hold a University degree in accounting, finance and banking, economics, business, or a related field
- A minimum of two years of corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm
- Good technical knowledge of Cambodian taxation

- Collecting payment and deposit to the bank
- Preparing monthly management reports and submission

- Filing of the documents and MIS reports
- Other office related administrative job
- Degree/Pursing Bachelor in accounting, finance, admin etc.
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration (Fresher can also apply)
- The ability to prepare invoices, receipt & internal MIS reports (Necessary training will be given)
