Business Development Specialist
Your Mission:
As the future Business development specialist, you are responsible develop business and ensure success in target set by supervisor the Company. It typically involves activities relating to marketing, sales, product development and customer service to drive our business growth and market share.
Key element of the company’ success, you will work in close relationship with the heads of all departments making sure that all functions of the company are aligned to meet our strategic commercial objectives.
Under the direct supervision of the Corporate Manager, you will be handling tasks such as:
MISSION AND TASKS
Under the global responsibility of the CEO and direct supervision of Corporate Manager, the tasks of the Business development Specialist will be responsible for developing commercial activities, ensuring reporting and coordination of activities, it would include:
- Developing Commercial Activities:
- Prospect for new customers:
- Make contacts with targeted Clients
- Organize and conduct meetings with prospect and Groups
- Ensure the follow up prospect process to the registration process
- Ensure the sale achievement reaching the individual monthly objective
- Develop the promotional strategy of Prévoir products, in coordination with the head of commercial Department
- Propose and implement promotional events
- Propose and Participate to the elaboration of new products
- Coordinate with head of Commercial Department to define and implement promotional strategy
- Follow up and develop partnerships for promotion and distribution of the PKMI Products leaflet
- Reporting:
- Immediate reporting in case of emergency problem related to Commercial department.
- Regular update of information related to competition and challenges faces and report to Corporate Manager.
- Prepare the weekly and monthly report of sale performance to Corporate Manager.
- Travel to Phnom Penh once a month to attend commercial monthly meeting.
- Prepare the semi-annual activities report sent to Corporate Manager related to this department.
- University degree in Finance & banking, Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experiences in the insurance industry and in managing teams
- Experience in sale
- Good verbal communication skills in Khmer and English.
- Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks)
- Computer literate MS Word, Excel.
Corporate Manager
Your Mission:
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Commercial office, (CCO), the Corporate Manager (CM) will be responsible for development of the client portfolio as well as managing the corporate sales team which would includes:
- Develop & Supervise the strategy for corporate activities:
- Supervise the corporate activities: propose and implement sales strategy for corporate clients
- Ensure the growth of the client portfolio
- Directly handle the relationship with big corporate clients
- Develop the promotional strategy of Prévoir products, in coordination with the direct supervisor
- Ensure the quality of services provided by Prévoir, including by other departments of the company
- Develop Prévoir’s network through all possible ways
- Follow the insurance market and propose new products that fit its evolution
- Ensure management of corporate team:
- Support, advise, train the corporate team on a daily basis
- Set the individual objectives and monitor them on a monthly basis
- Follow corporate activity on a weekly basis
- Be the key point between your team and other departments
- Report and coordinate:
- Report corporate sales activities to direct supervisor on a monthly basis
- As an executive committee member, report the activity of your team during exco-meeting
- Immediately report to the right department in case of emergency
- Follow-up for long term solution
- Coordinate and keep up to date corporate reports to technical or medical teams
- Bachelor Degree in Finance & banking, Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experiences in the insurance industry and in managing teams
- At least 3 years experience in team management, organizing and monitoring, coaching, training
- Experience in sale
- Good verbal and wrting communication skills in Khmer and English.

- Computer literate MS Word, Excel.
Commercial Coordinator
- Coordinate and support commercial activities
- Follow up on the updated cards, Contract and invoice with ITand Finance Department
- Manage and organize customer filling system soft/hard copies including for corporate and MFI
- Prepare and Manage working forms and promotion material for MFI and send to province.
- Be a focal Point for coordination of activities with sale team.
- Coordinate with Brokers
- Prepare draft quotation after receiving request from brokers
- Follow up the quality of the service of Previor to brokers and brokers clients
- Coordinate and work closely with all departments to fulfill the other request from brokers.
- Maintain a nice relationship between Prevoir and brokers
- Reporting:
- Report immediately in case of emergency problem that may cause to the commercial department operation
- Any other administrative tasks required by supervisor
- Bachelor degree of business administrative or equivalent degree
- Experience in sale at least two years
- Strong artistic capacity and communication skills both Khmer and English
- Ability to manage time and stay on schedule
- Flexible attitude, independent
Legal Officer
Under the global responsibility of the General Manager and direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the tasks of the Legal Officer will focus but not only on PRÉVOIR’s compliance to Labour laws, Tax Laws, Corporate Laws as well as Insurance Industry Laws.
- Update on a regular basis PRÉVOIR’s internal documents in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested.
- Draft correspondence, preparing documents and/or presentations; including drafting contracts, letters, legal advice.
- Participate actively in the company’s business development efforts.
- Communicate with government officers regarding our license, entity incorporation and others points.
- Join staffs dispute settlement, proceedings arising transactions
- Legal issues arising out with cross department involved the preparation of legal documents / contracts partners.
- Disseminate legal knowledge to staffs
- Perform legal duties and support direct supervisor
- Translating legal documents
- Advise on statutory compliances.
- Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company policies.
- Perform duties as Secretary to Management Committee if necessary.
- Provide sound legal advice to the Company and make recommendations to Management as necessary
- University Degree / Post-graduate formal reputable domestic foreign specialized Economic Law
- Understand Cambodian law and self-starter
- Ability risk management, analysis forecasts good information
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Honesty, excellent interpersonal skills, able to work as a team
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to cope with high levels of responsibility and with confidential matters.
- Ability to work well with other departments.
- A high level of professionalism which is required on the job at all times.
- Computer Literacy and Computer skills are a must.
