Banca Development Manager Apply Now

Duties
  • Execute bancassurance strategies from Management within their own team
  • Build up strong relationships and communication with all bank staff/branches from day to day
  • Manage & lead activities of insurance specialist to delivery daily, weekly & monthly sales target
  • Manage daily referral leads for productivity within their own team members and ensuring closing conversation is min 30% of the leads referred
  • Iron daily relationship with bank staff, management to max quality referrals
  • Provide effective selling process, need analysis, presenting skill, closing skills to insurance specialist from day to day
  • Develop, submit monthly management report to up line management

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in business, Finance or another related certificate
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in manager role or leadership role (life insurance experience will be advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years business experiences in insurance business (life insurance experience will be advantage)
  • Good sale experiences, sale management skills in insurance/financial services, analysis & critical thinking
  • Practical experience in communication, problem solving, presentation, relationship management
  • Be proficiency in English both speaking and writing

Duties
  • Assist to evaluate each branch and individual referral performance to design the right quality training program to improve their performance
