Announcement Positions

Architect (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Conceptual design
  • Project BOQ and quotation
  • Interior design;
  • Finishing site works as built and shop drawing
  • Project administration
  • Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients
  • Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
  • Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
  • Co-coordinating the work of contractors
  • Making site visits to check on progress
  • Dealing with problems that might come up during building
  • Preparing tender and planning applications and presentations
  • Advising clients on the practicality of their project
  • Producing detailed drawings from which costing are made
  • Making sure that the project is running within the agreed time frame
  • Managing engineers and working process of subcontractors to achieve or complete the
  • work by deadline.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in Architecture and other equivalent degree.
  • At least 5 years of working experiences.
  • Be able to organize the project.
  • Have a logical, analytical and creative approach to solve problem
  • Have good oral and written in Khmer and English, Chinese (Priority).
  • Have good negotiation skills, Communication skills, interpersonal skills; and problem
  • solving skills.
  • Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and be able to work under pressure.
 
 

Chef De Parties (2 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute menus in collaboration with other colleagues.
  • Place orders in a timely manner.
  • Manage ingredients that should be frequently available on a daily basis.
  • Follow the directions of the executive and sous chef.
  • Suggest new ways of presentation of dishes.
  • Suggest new rules and procedures for optimizing the cooking process.
  • Give attention productivity of the kitchen such as speed and food quality.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with other colleagues and seniors.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Proven experience in a Chef de Parties role
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes
  • Well understand in western food.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Great time management skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of best and latest cooking practices
  • Culinary school diploma
 
 

Commis I (2 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Motivate & train apprentices & coworkers.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Prepare and cook special meals for clients as instructed by Chef.
  • Oversee subordinate personnel in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
  • May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
  • Follow the resorts policies and procedures and adhere to the grooming policies.

QA/QC Engineer (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control of all aspects of the construction process.
  • Main issuer and controller of Non-Conformance Report (NCR). In-charge of quality testing of materials incoming/delivered, being in use and installed. Audit Closure of NCR.
  • Prepare Project Quality Plan or Quality Management System in collaboration with Project Manager.
  • Check Quality Assurance Plan submitted by Contractors in coordination with the Project Manager and other trade (Structural, Architectural and MEP) heads.
  • Assist to check on Method Statement as regards to Quality.
  • Check Concrete Design Mix and witness Trial Mixes.
  • Assist to check slump and sampling of concrete during casting, and sampling of delivered rebar.
  • Witness Test on Concrete Compressive Strength Test, Rebar Test, Structural Steel Weld Test, etc.
  • Assist to help check bentonite properties in Bored Pile and Diaphragm Walls excavation.
  • Assist to check Test Pile and Audit Inspection Records.
  • Assist Project Manager in Documents Control/Filing System (Approved MS, Shop Drawing, Materials Approval, etc.)
  • Others that maybe instructed from time to time by immediate supervisor/Senior Engineer/Manager related to QA/QC, documents and emergency issues.

  • Bachelor degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Experience at least 1 years on related tasks
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be confident, assertive and independent.

QS (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for confirming completeness of submitted documents supporting Interim Payments from Contractors.
  • Collect related documents to Variation Orders and coordinate to Project Manager.
  • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
  • Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
  • Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies
  • Perform risk, value management and cost control.
  • Advise on a procurement strategy.
  • Identify, analyses and develop responses to commercial risks.
  • Prepare and analyses costings for tenders.
  • Allocate work to subcontractors.
  • Provide advice on contractual claims.
  • Analyses outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
  • Value completed work and arrange payments.
  • Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
  • Prepare Cash flow forecast
  • Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
  • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Receptionist (2 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

  • No need work experience. If have, it is advantage.

Restaurant Manager (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily running of operations.
  • Planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages in coordination with the Assistant Restaurant Supervisor.
  • Ensure proper coordination with kitchen on daily or monthly operation.
  • Possesses sound knowledge of food & beverage, up selling and availability of menu items.
  • Host weekly meeting with all department present. Selects and develops strategies to improve guest service, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Realize and present to Exco team, on a weekly basis, an analysis of weekly and aggregated result with needed action plans to reach company targets.
  • Be a good communicator at levels of business, internal and external with a focus on customer relationship and service.
  • To provide the training to new staff and manage the staff's issue.
  • Conduct all upgrading of policy on customer service and quality of service.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Restaurant Management.
  • Mature business Manager with a strong background in Customers’ services (Restaurant Industry would be a plus).
  • Strong leadership with managerial talent, able to coach and motivate all staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure and reach objectives.
  • Passionate with public relation and costumer contact.
  • Honest, hardworking, flexible, highly responsible and able to work independently.

Secretary to CEO (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To facilitate the organization of meetings by scheduling the meeting, inviting participants, ordering refreshments, booking equipment and meeting rooms, preparing and distributing agendas and taking minutes, and greeting visitors so that meetings are efficiently and effectively organized.
  • Ensure meetings are both regular, which can be scheduled well in advance, and responding to urgent requests for support.
  • Meetings are organized efficiently and to the satisfaction of the CEO and EXCO team.
  • Key support to the CEO in preparation for board committee meetings and other formal meetings.
  • To organize, plan and facilitate guest according to the instructions of CEO.
  • Manage smoothest flow of document submission for approval.
  • Arrange and attend meeting, company visit.
  • Manage travel itineraries; air ticket, hotel booking, car rental, budget planning, trip schedule, expenses clearing.
  • Manage company and personal confidential data (soft and hard copies).
  • Deliver message from top management down to all related persons and ensure for the returned quick response.
  • Other tasks assigned by the CEO.

  • A bachelor degree with a major in business or administration.
  • At least 3 years of relevant secretarial experience to top management.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with people are essential.

Service (2 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Greeting to the customers, present the menus, and explain daily specials to customers
  • Answer questions related to menu items
  • Take food and beverage orders from customers
  • Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
  • Prepare drinks and food presentation
  • Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the dining tables
  • Remove dirty dishes and glasses, and clean tables after customer’s finish meals
  • Issue the captain order and take payments from customers
  • Clean and set up dining areas, refill condiments, roll silverware into napkins, and stock service areas.

Sr. MEP Engineer (2 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • ­Ensure inspections are carried out by MEP Engineers on mechanical, electrical and plumbing works including firefighting system and lightning protection.
  • Monitoring of all MEP works during execution.
  • Ensure materials are approved prior to installation.
  • Ensure location and elevation of all MEP lines from 1st Fix, position of finishing fixtures at 3rd Fix.
  • Checking of Shop Drawings and endorse approval to Project Manager.
  • Checking of Method Statements and endorse approval to Project Manager.
  • Testing and Commissioning of all MEP Works including Lifts.
  • Highlight Non-Conformity works and coordinate with QA/QC to issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
  • Observe and highlight non-safe activities and site situation then coordinate with Safety Officer to issue Safety Warning/Report.
  • Study design drawings and highlight to make RFI if there is ambiguity found.
  • Audit weekly the Contractors submitted Daily Report. Check Weekly Report of Contractors.
  • Attend Weekly Coordination Meeting with Contractors.
  • Others that maybe instructed from time to time by Project Manager related to site inspection/monitoring, quality, schedule, safety or emergency issues.

  • Bachelor degree in civil or electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Experience at least 4 years on related tasks
