Marketing (1 Position)
- To organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- To create and develop efficient marketing strategies
- To conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

HR Executive (1 Position)
- Recruitment: work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and identify hiring potentials based on manpower. Plan and coordinate recruitment by design job description, sourcing and organize interview, process for hiring contract and orientation.
- Compensation welfare and benefit: supporting and dealing with staff compensation such as NSSF, Insurance, contract termination, pension fund clearance and so on.
- Performance Management: plan, monitor and implement employee performance appraisal on set schedule. Train managers on appraisal system, and provide counseling to employees and supervisors as needed and appropriate.
- Government Relation and Networking: dealing with disciplinary, grievance, collective bargaining dispute to compline legal standard. Coordinate with local authority & government
- Policy and Guideline: maintains management policies and guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. Benchmarking company policies, welfare and benefit to competitive with competitor.
- Coordinate with each stakeholder both in Cambodia and Thailand for the assignment
- Bachelor degree in Political Science, Social Science, Management, or related field is required.
- 1-3 years of Human Resources experiences/qualification.

- As a senior tax coordinator, the responsibility will support tax audits, reviewing tax notices and proposing solutions for all CBM Companies.
- Effective communication of advice and delivery on document with accurate and timely to tax department are needed. Moreover the role of leading team, assist to work and negotiate with external auditor complete task until Audited Financial Statement done
- Bachelor degree with Faculty of Accounting or Financing
- 3-5+ years’ experience of Audit or Tax Field work is required
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or
- Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) is optional
- Tax Regulation under Cambodia Laws
- Take lead role of tax and external audit coordinator

- Providing product knowledge and detail of SCG products to Architect Company and related party to support customer requirement as well as promote SCG product to the market.
- Regular visit Architect Company and related organizations to collect market information and trend.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and related party through CRM activity.
- Acquire new client by cooperate with sales team and dealer.
- Recording and maintaining customer contact database.
- Follow architectural trends and advancements.
- Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Collaborate with Sales Team, Technical Team and relate function to deliver the product and service as well as solving the product quality and set collective action.
- Bachelor degree of Architect.
- 1-3 years’ experience with construction company or architect firm (preferable)
