Channel Sales Manager (1 Position)
Reporting to: Trade & Distribution Manager
- Initiating and developing annual alternate channel plans as per the strategy & guidelines set and agreed with my direct manager and marketing team; follow-up on implementation; and report back progress & any recommendations to enhance in the future purpose.
- Leverage distribution and in store visibility in own territory by providing clear direction to subordinate and follow up to achieve timely & effective implementation.
- Working closely with marketing and relevant department to find the in-store-activities and merchandising solution to drive consumer trend for early adaptor and trendsetters.
- Developing productive long term relationships with the account in the alternate channel for mutual benefit.
- Budget and responsibility for each channel and drive strategic plans to meet or exceed revenue goal.
- Monitor competitive and market activity by compiling and reviewing quantitative sales data and react rapidly to changing trends or new competitive threat and opportunities.
- Managing development and implementations of internal/external sales system tools.
- Developing field work administration such as area demarcation, call card, route plan, outlet list and daily sales tracking form for sales team to be convenience in term individual performance tracking.
- Providing direction and mentoring to subordinate when the encounter the matter in their job.
- Other taks assigned by direct manager.
- Bachelor/Master degree or relevant certificates.
- Minimum 3-year experience in Channel Sales from FMCG industry would be advantage.
- Strong ability to lead, train and motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Can manage multiple projects and prioritize on tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good in both written and spoken English.
- Analytic Skills to assess the sales and find weaknesses in the market.

Area Sales Executive (5 Positions)
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager
- Being the sales member for volume driven for the company’s yearly sales target.
- Strengthening the good relationship with the outlet owner for sales and marketing support.
- Assisting marketing team for Point of Sales Material (POSM) placement in all channel sales such as Modern Trade, HoReCa, General Trade and Alternate channel.
- Recording POSM deployment to avoid the loss and duration of usage in each outlet by sales channel.
- Ensuring product freshness to draw attention to the prospect customer by regularly checking the stock, cleanliness merchandising and product display in the key touch point area.
- Mobilizing the data from the market such as competitor activities, customer complaint, product problem and so on submitting to Line Manager for finding the solution and future improvement.
- Understanding the area for attacking, defensing and maintaining for being convenience market action plan.
- Cooperating well with other department such as logistic, finance and marketing team for flawless operation.
- Following area demarcation and route plan base on company setting.
- Completing call card, outlet list and sales report in daily and monthly basis.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Channel Sales Executive (3 Positions)
Reporting to: Channel Sales Manager
- Develop and implement a trade coverage plan for channel in the assigned territory.
- Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume and customer price of products are achieved for specific channel in the territory.
- Ensure the 100 call compliance as per agreed and assigned channel outlets within assigned territory.
- Support the development and implementation of a Channel operational plan in line with the trade marketing operational plan.
- Work closely to the Channel Manager to adapt trade programes to the reality of the channel.
- Coordinate implementation of brand and trade programs in the channel, quickly reacting against competitive threats if necessary.
- Ensure the build and maintenance of relationship with outlet owner/managers, in order to become benchmark supplier within the drinking water category.
- Consolidate data gathered and ensure that Channel Manager & Head of Sale are fully informed at all times.
- Manage the productivity & cost optimisation of the channel in the area (trade spend effectiveness).
- Generate/ gather ideas from customers & consumers to enhance and customise trade programes.
- Work closely with distributor staff to get thing done on time in full.
- Ensure distribution staff call compliance and call effective happen as per plan own territory.

Accounting Supervisor (1 Position)
Reporting to: Finance Manager
- Check & reconcile report of production, sale admin with warehouse report.
- Issue invoices, keying receipt into system.
- Verify invoices, receipt voucher, delivery note and slip deposit.
- Update daily account receivable and outstanding balance of customers.
- Follow up with team for AR and AP.
- Weekly check outstanding for collection.
- Monitor all documents are filing properly place in order (Example: accounts receivable, account payable, monthly cash voucher, bank slip & cash receipt note, fixed asset list).
- Review Petty Cash Report and Cash On hand Report.
- Ensure all data are entered into system on timely and accuratly.
- Reconcile on cash advance, advance clearance and petty cash.
- Maintenance daily cash flow by monitoring bank balance & cash requirement.
- Review all transaction key into system on time & accurately.
- Update balance petty cash & cash on hand then update to supervisor at Phnom Penh Office.
- Report to Account & Finance management team in Phnom Penh.
- Perform others tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
- Bachelor degree in major of Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- Manual Accounting Record and Computerized Accounting Software.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in related fields.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Good Ms. Office Skills (Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Ms. Outlook, Internet and Email).

Sales Admin Officer (2 Positions)
Reporting to: Sales Operation Supervisor
- Processing a high volume of product orders.
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions.
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
- Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
- Taking phone calls from customers.
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Contact to customers in case of late delivery order.
- Inform to customer about new information.
- Random call check monthly incentive and follow up customer to re-order.
- Issue sales order in sage system and control delivery report.
- Bachelor degree or university student.
