- Product Development
- Develop marketing strategy to increase loan disbursement to achieve target setting.

- Develop and modify the policies, procedures and documents for Credit financial product.
- Manage, organize, motivate staff under his/her supervision to work toward the achievement CAMMA’s roadmap and its execution strategies.
- Analyze the market research conducted by the Marketing and Product Development Department to be aware of market trends, market competition, and gaps between exiting microbusiness, personal consumption and staff loan products and market needs.
- Improve exiting microbusiness products, personal consumption and staff loan products by modifying products features, policies, procedures and methodology guides, and ensure products are well designed to mitigate risk, meet client needs, compete in the market and make profit.
- Disseminate microbusiness, personal consumption and staff loan products to staff to ensure they understand the concepts and are able to deliver them to implementers properly.
- Cooperate with related departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Marketing, Admin & Human Resources) in identifying and developing product costing, pricing, accounting systems and training to ensure smooth and timely product launch activities.
- Analyze the performance of microbusiness, personal consumption and staff loan products to measure customer satisfaction and market success, conduct SWOT analysis and propose modifications as necessary.
- Work with others departments to collect ideas or feedbacks from clients, staff and partners for better improving of current products and services as well as initiating the possibility of product bundling for each specific segment of CAMMA’s market.
- Assist in overseeing the feedback collection analysis and give recommendations for ensuring of smoothness the policies and procedures implementation and product modification.
- Advertising and Promotion
- Develop marketing strategy and plan
- Align marketing strategy with Group directions
- Run promotional campaign and program to effectively increase sales volume
- Coordinate with IT department to develop/maintain CAMMA website.

- Responsible for media buying and placements for public branding or promotion

- Creating and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans

- Requirements for Candidate
- Bachelor or Master Degree of Marketing, Management, Finance & Banking, Economic or Other Equivalents Field.
- At least 3-year experiences in Manager of Marketing Field.
- Skilled knowledge & understanding in the sector.
