SpringBoard4Education Cambodia is found in 2007 and officially registered in Cambodia in 2008. Our’s main commercial objectives are to promote international education in the UK, English language training through the British English Learning Centre, Campus UK, and Examination services for the Cambridge English Languages Assessment, University of Cambridge and IELTS test of the British Council. SpringBoard4Education Cambodia is a certified British Council trained agent, the Cambridge English Authorised Centre of the Cambridge English Language Assessment of the University of Cambridge in the UK, and the British Council IELTS test venue in Cambodia.

Announcement Positions

Academic and Examination Officer

Position Summary
  • Assist to manage academic administration process.
  • Deal with academic and examination problems.
  • Advise, suggest, and imply solutions to solve those academic conflicts.
  • Ensure school curriculum progress.
  • Design school extra-curriculum, and activities.
  • Consult with teachers, learners, and parents.
  • Support teaching materials and programme.
  • Organise midterm test or quiz, and final examination
  • Schedule examination date, and dispatch date to students
  • Reports and supports examination materials.
  • Reports and documenting academic cases.
  • Supervise examination progress and process exam result in accordance with operation standards.
  • Deal with internal and external problems regarding to examination.
  • Cooperate with other departments to run examination for other preparation centres.
  • Other tasks are assigned by supervisor.


Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • BSc in TESOL, Education, and English language etc.
  • English proficiency must be at least in B2 level or Band Score 5.5 in IELTS test.
  • At least one-year experience working in Education filed, University, and used to be a teacher is prioritised.
  • Good computer literacy in Ms. Office, Internet and email.
  • Knowledge in International Curriculum.
  • Able to work with multi-cultural employee.
  • Strong planning, organising, and coordinating skill.
  • Value and commit to work in education field.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Be flexible, but self-discipline.
  • Fast learner and dynamic asset is prioritised.
  • Good interpersonal skill and problem solving.
  • Positive attitude, honest, and friendly.
 
 

Student Admission Officer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Help students with admission application to overseas universities
  • Work with students from time to time in order to ensure they got most support in their process.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Either Junior or Senior University students studying in education field or other related fields.
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Open, honest and an active listener.
  • Take responsibility and accountability.
  • Committed to the needs of the pupils, parents and other stakeholders and challenge barriers and blocks to providing an effective service.
  • Demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude including suggesting solutions, participating, trusting and encouraging others and achieving expectations.

Translator

Position Summary
  • Translator official documents from Khmer to English and from English to Khmer.
  • Contact with local authorities.
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Graphic Designer

  • Design leaflet, voucher, and poster, banner, booklet, handbook and other Marketing materials
  • Other tasks are assigned.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Young talented applicant.
  • Able to self-study digital design platforms.
  • Master various forms of technology in today’s world.
  • Comfortable with design software, such as Quark, InDesign, and Adobe. 
  • Balancing artistic integrity with audience appeal.
  • Priorities and deadline management are also required.
  • Receiving constructive criticism and modifying designs based on feedback from client, and team.
  • Good networking with supplier such as printing store, etc.
  • Well organize on sketch design request.
  • Problem-solving and flexibility are also considered.
  • Good verbal communications.
  • Work independently, and friendly.
 
 

Marketing Officer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage and work with social media
  • Assist supervisor to plan and develop marketing strategy
  • Participate in marketing booth camp during event and fair
  • Promote company service via Facebook page and other social media
  • Report plan and data to related departments and supervisor
  • Follow up with consumers
  • Dialing phone call with costumers
  • Implement sale strategy to develop the sales growth, sales target achievement
  • Plan, implement, control, and evaluate sale promotion activities
  • Able to manage the dealers and customers to comply with the company policy
  • Prepare marketing monthly report
  • Collaborate with designer to design attractive marketing materials
  • Collaborate with other main partners and firms to benefit marketing strategies

  • Cambodia/ Permanent Resident
  • Graduated with Business Administration, Marketing, and other related fields
  • Value education
  • Good command in English
