Literacy/Library Specialist (1 Position)
- Lead a team of librarians and administrative clerks to manage the school’s Primary and Secondary libraries and literacy improvement programmes at all campuses.
- Prepare, present and monitor the yearly library budget.
- Ensure continuous improvement of all library services and maintain a conducive environment for all library users in the libraries at all times.
- Provide frequent library usage orientation to all students and staff members, in particular in terms of library sections, research tools, digital library platforms and lexile levels.
- Develop digital library options and promote the usage of those throughout the community
- Plan and deliver library classes, e.g. research workshops, literacy circles and reading sessions
- Assist in the selection and lead the implementation of a school-wide library management system
- Provide training in the usage of the library management system
- Serve as the contact person for any matter related to the library management system and work closely with the provider.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the libraries by adding books, subscriptions, research tools, etc. using the analysis of student MAP test and library usage data.
- Coordinate the book purchase process and ensure that students and teachers are systematically requested to provide their book requests.
- Propose changes to the facilities and design of the libraries and the libraries of future campuses as the school community expands.
- Provide the community engagement team with materials than can be used to promote literacy and the library via social and other media
- Liaise with national and international book sellers, public and private national and international libraries, literacy NGOs and other institutions that the school can partner with to improve and promote literacy among the school community.
- Develop and implement specific literacy and library campaigns targeted to the literary improvement needs of the students
- Engage in community events to promote love for reading
- Collect, analyze and present all relevant data related to the activities of the usage of the libraries.
- Engage in the continuous improvement cycle of the WASC accreditation processes and take ownership of the library related activities as stated in the school-wide action plan
- Support the National Programme leadership in supporting literacy initiatives for Khmer language.

Lab Assistant (1 Position)
- Preparing the laboratory for lab sessions.
- Liaise with teaching staff on their needs for Science experiments.
- Provide assistance to teachers in regards to student’s safety during experiments.
- Prepare the laboratory in advance before the lesson starts, set up any laboratory
- Equipment needed for the experiment, such as microscopes, test tubes etc.
- Prepare simple reagents regularly used during lab procedures if requested.
- Cleaning the Lab
- Cleaning up any spills, washing the equipment and glassware, such as conical flasks, pipettes and beakers used by students.
- Put back all the chemicals and equipment in the designated place after the lesson ends.
- Dispose unnecessary materials, broken apparatus or any damaged equipment in accordance with regulations, including toxic substances.
- Promoting safety
- Ensure that first aid kit boxes contain necessary materials.
- Ensure that all safety materials are in place and functioning such as emergency shower, fire blanket, fume hood, lab coats, goggles etc.
- Ensure that students adhere to the lab dress code and wear protective gear, such as safety goggles, during experiments.
- Ensures that students do not practice any unsafe behaviors in the lab.
- Lock up all the reagents and unplug all electrical equipment to minimize the chances of accidents and fires.
- Show the students how to handle chemical spills, dispose of broken glassware and get rid of non-hazardous and chemical waste safely.
- Ensure that toxic and non-toxic materials are stored in their proper cabinets.

- Prepare and order materials needed for laboratory experiments as instructed by teachers.
- Perform routine servicing and maintenance of equipment.
- Keep a record of all equipment and materials available in the laboratory area.
- Monthly inventory for all laboratory equipment and materials.
- Keep track of all equipment going out to other campuses making sure they are returned in due time.
- Remind teachers to return borrowed equipment so other campuses may be able to use it as well.

IT Officer
- Assist in the procurement, Set up, maintenance and quality audits of all IT appliances (PCs, tablets internet, cameras, projectors and so on)
- Help to ensure that campus IT operations are smooth by providing technical assistance - knowledge, information, and services in collaboration with the department team and under the direct supervision of the IT Team Leader.
- Take pictures and videos of the staff, students, events activities for ICT productions, printing and publication purposes as required by school management and departments.
- Supporting the IT Team leader with the set and monitoring of staff email accounts, group email accounts, and email databases.
