- At least 3 years’ experience in Sale/Leasing or any related field.
- Knowledge of rental contracts and property regulations.
- Understanding of public relations
- Good leadership skills.
- Chinese speaking is a plus.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Patient Relations Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Learn the ins and outs of Medicare and use knowledge to assist patients with navigating insurance issues
- Serve as internal resource in the clinic on insurance questions for physicians and staff
- Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system, help patients resolve medical bills inside and outside of Olympia Medical Hub (advocate for the patient)
- Gain the trust of Olympia Medical Hub patients in an effort to properly advise them in their healthcare coverage
- Manage the welcome visit and orientation process for new Olympia Medical Hub patients
- Support the clinic management team on operational activities as needed, including scheduling and billing
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Foster patient engagement through the design and execution of events, including center tours
- Other duties as assigned

- Sales background preferred, but not required

Accounting Supervisor
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Oversea daily transaction including account payable/receivable, general
- Ledger, bank reconciliation and supplier list.
- Assisting & supervising team on daily performance and providing overall guidance.
- Organize financial data into usable information and maintain update records
- Verify all transactions in QB system to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standard and company policy.
- Liaising with operation and other department on contracts, cash flow problem, financial irregularities and ensure that each department remain within budget.
- Make sure that fixed asset and inventory is properly recorded and controlled
- Coordinate and deal with external auditor and banker
- Checking on monthly tax return prepared by team and ensuring that company taxes are paid in a timely manner.
- Update regularly to management and managing month end and year end closing regarding company finances.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
