Duties
  • Dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses, Addressing tenant complaints.
  • Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property, and assessing their applications.
  • Preparing and managing budgets negotiating and enforcing lease agreements.
  • Supervising lease agreements, terminating and initiating eviction proceedings.
  • Respond the tenant request/problems in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Follow up with the tenant to ensure satisfactory resolution of the issue.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of the property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and the proper upkeep of the property.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sale & Marketing, Business, Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Sale/Leasing or any related field.
  • Knowledge of rental contracts and property regulations.
  • Understanding of public relations
  • Good leadership skills.
  • Chinese speaking is a plus.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
