Duties
  • Implement or develop new digital banking functionalities on top of the existing functionalities
  • Develop material and user Instruction of each channels (Agent, ATM, OTC, Merchant, MB/IB)
  • Support end users on AMK digital banking system
  • Unit/ticket testing within team
  • Regression testing/UAT on AMK digital banking system
  • Raise ticket, follow up and update in Helpdesk (follow internal SLA)
  • Work with relevant department/vendor to find out solution rectification
  • Performs troubleshooting as required, leads problem-solving efforts by involving vendors and other support use
  • Strengthen support quality and flexible time rotation
  • Provide training and refreshment to master trainer
  • Back up Tasks within team
  • Any task as assign by supervisor
  • Ensure compliance as well as internal and external audit
Requirements
  • Bachelor in Information Technology or related field other related field
  • Strong knowledge in database management Oracle, Ms SQL server, MySQL, ...
  • Strong knowledge in programming languages Java, C#.Net, etc.
  • Knowledge of and experience in software development
  • Good communication and inter-personal skill
  • Ability to analyse the issue system flow and accounting posting transaction in detail
  • Be able to handle multi-task at the same time
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Can work independently with less supervision
  • Knowledge of microfinance or banking services is an advantage
  • Experience to work or using banking switch, Digital Banking software is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of English
  • At least 1year experience in relevant work

Duties
  • Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
  • Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
  • Process Review, Improvements and Evaluation.
  • Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, Business Analysis team, Development and other appropriate staff.
  • Coordinates product-testing processes.
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
  • Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
  • Coordinate with vendor/developer to fix bug/issue.
  • Maintaining Testing Document.
  • Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
  • Research and Explore on Effective Testing Tool to comply with DevOps.
  • Work with Developers to achieve Continuous Integration (CI) by embedding automate testing.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Work with Project team, Development and Business team to create test case/scenario
  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Evaluate process flow according to technical specification
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects
  • Report bugs and errors to project manager and development team
  • Help to troubleshoot issue
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Duties
  • Defining and optimizing the processes and systems for gathering, managing, visualizing, and reporting on data
  • Developing processes for intake and resolution of internal data requests
  • Understanding stakeholder priorities and having a framework for measuring, monitoring, and managing the work that your team does to support these priorities.
  • Developing metrics, tracking, and regular reporting that allow quick decision making and provide executive leadership with regular analysis of activities and business health.
  • ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) process from multi source into data warehouse.
  • Work closely with Business Development and R&D team to initiate in developing new analytic report to fit with market demand.
  • Perform Data cleaning and Data quality analyst.
  • Performing ad hoc data analysis as per request and produce it in a timely manner.
  • Deriving business insights based on the analyzed data and reports created, offering narrative reports and interpretation as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; or related equivalent degree preferred
  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Experience with data and business systems management
  • Advanced computer skills (Oracle Pl/SQL, SQL Server, Analysis services)
  • Knowledge in R, Python and C# is advantage
  • Experience with Report Builder tool(Tableau, Power BI, OBIEE and SSRS) is advantage
  • Experience in Banking or Financial section is preferred
