Oversee the daily school operations (including admission, finance and procurement) underscoring high quality education and services.
Design and update the school curriculum emphasizing on the holistic development of the students, the pedagogy and teaching methods.
Evaluate teachers and other staff members to ensure that the standardized curriculum is adhered to, and identify areas of improvement.
Manage the instructional program of the school by evaluating lesson plans and observing classes on a regular basis with emphasis on child growth and development.
Define expectations for staff performance with regard to instructional strategies, classroom management, and communication with the public.
Deal with routine school matters, complaints and concerns raised by students, parents and teachers
Provide guidance and counseling services to students on their academic or vocational goals and offer assistance with behavioral modification programs.
Ensure that school rules are uniformly observed and that student discipline is appropriate and equitable in accordance with Student Code of Conduct and student handbook.
Demonstrate professional, ethical, and responsible behavior.
Requirements
Professional Teaching License
Master's degree or higher in the field of Education with emphasis on curriculum development and educational management.
At least 3-year experience in school management of an International School
High level of competency in the implementation of an international curriculum (IEYC, IPC, IGCSE, IB etc.)
Proven experience in curriculum review and development
Strong management and leadership skills
Excellent organizational, communication, decision-making, conflict solving and facilitating skills
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email)
Holder of TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
Create and monitor an advertisement on various platform keeping the business vision aligned.
Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
Prepare monthly marketing budget.
Create monthly reports for the marketing department.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively.
Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Requirements
BSc or MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
Proven experience as Marketing Manager or a similar role.
Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns.
Outstanding knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
