School Principal (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Oversee the daily school operations (including admission, finance and procurement) underscoring high quality education and services.
- Design and update the school curriculum emphasizing on the holistic development of the students, the pedagogy and teaching methods.
- Evaluate teachers and other staff members to ensure that the standardized curriculum is adhered to, and identify areas of improvement.
- Manage the instructional program of the school by evaluating lesson plans and observing classes on a regular basis with emphasis on child growth and development.
- Define expectations for staff performance with regard to instructional strategies, classroom management, and communication with the public.
- Deal with routine school matters, complaints and concerns raised by students, parents and teachers
- Provide guidance and counseling services to students on their academic or vocational goals and offer assistance with behavioral modification programs.
- Ensure that school rules are uniformly observed and that student discipline is appropriate and equitable in accordance with Student Code of Conduct and student handbook.

- Professional Teaching License
- Master's degree or higher in the field of Education with emphasis on curriculum development and educational management.
- At least 3-year experience in school management of an International School
- High level of competency in the implementation of an international curriculum (IEYC, IPC, IGCSE, IB etc.)
- Proven experience in curriculum review and development

- Plan, prepare and present lessons catering to the needs of children on varying age ranges within classes.

- Manage and prepare the classroom materials with guidance from the lead teacher
- Supervise students in the classroom, school vicinity, and during arrival and drop off time
- Help the classroom teacher to set up suitable activities that match the student’s learning abilities.

Administration Officer (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Supervise the everyday administrative functions of the school office.
- Maintain student records for current students and process admission requirements for new students.
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.
- Promptly responds to all incoming queries (via phone and email) and directing enquiries as required.
- Monitor staff attendance/leaves and report any special concerns to the management team.
- Primarily responsible for the safekeeping of all school materials and supplies and ordering them as needed.
- Responds to all parents concerns and ensures all visitors receive a warm welcome in accordance with the school’s safety procedures.

- Utilizes a wide range of media and graphic design software to produce content.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images to be used in different school events and marketing campaigns.
- Establish creative direction for the school as well as branding guidelines.
