We are looking for a Legal Supervisor to provide full support to the legal department to ensure all regulatory compliance including preparing all applications for licenses/approval/permits from relevant authorities, providing legal advice and opinions to all business functions for successful project implementation, keeping the business informed of up-to-date of insurance and related laws/regulations.
The PRUventure Development Manager is accountable for achieving the success of our PRUventure (full-time agent) by achieving the desired target and in line with the company’s objective.
MIS report and dashboard developer is responsible for designing, building, and implementing dataset, reports, visualization dashboards in PowerBI and other visualization tools. In addition, the individual is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data models as well as our centralized data store meanwhile ensuring the data accuracy and integrity through various data validation and monitoring means.
The individual will work with all levels of management and business functions to understand their requirements and translate it to reports/dashboards requirements to achieve their strategic priorities.
Work with Head Solution Architect in design, architecture, and providing end-to-end solution for various digital transformation projects.
Candidate is to understand PCLA non-core applications and should be able to enhance and support the applications efficiently by doing a proper impact analysis.
Individuals will support our teams with insights gained from analyzing company data. The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for sales and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. Individuals will utilize their analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to develop data-driven solutions to drive growth and efficiency. Individuals will also act as a technical lead in providing technical expertise throughout the entire modelling pipeline. He/she is also responsible for working with business users in integrating AI solutions to various customer and agent’s touchpoints to improve persistency, lead generation, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a person to support the testing program including writing the report and tracking to properly close the findings.

Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for collaborating with business subject matter experts to elicit Business Requirements and Business Needs. This position will be responsible for taking the Business Requirements and creating the Functional Requirements and Specifications that developers can use to create software solutions. This position should be capable of managing, and coordinating the development process and solution effectively and efficiently. The individual will build relationships with key stakeholders both in the business areas and IT. This position will require technical writing and visual principles to combine/convert meeting discussions, white-board sessions, vendor and industry documentation, and technical artifacts into well-formed, standardized, maintainable documentation. This position will be able to prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports.
Job Purpose:
Describe the purpose of the position. This should be a concise statement that sums up the role in one or two short sentences. The incumbent will contribute to building new age health, wellness and insurance platforms for client and advisor journeys. The role will work closely with business leadership to identify and co-create solutions to solve key business problems. The role will focus both on digitizing back-end operations and on development of front-end mobile/web applications to gain a competitive edge and create truly personalized products and client experiences.
