After Sales Manager of Automotive

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To manage entire after sales service and customer care operations with a view to achieve business objectives and ensure top line and bottom-line profitability through key business drivers and enablers;
  • To drive and achieve the pre-budgeted service targets like spare parts volume, vehicle reporting, and ensuring business development;
  • To monitor Warranty process, Spares Management and developing/implementing quality system and procedure with respect to the OEM set norms;
  • To monitor the post service activities like post service feedback, follow up with the customers, service reminders and handling customer complaints, call center activities management for superior customer service;
  • To enhance customer satisfaction matrices through on-time delivery of spare parts & monitoring customer complaints & warranty issues;
  • To involve in taking regular review meeting / training session of staff to ensure high level of quality in the services;
  • To ascertain the specific training needs of subordinates and accordingly arranging training programs for improving learning curve towards product presentation; keeping the track of credit limits to control out standings;
  • To interface between the OEM instructions for implement & initiative at our end through the respective roll players in our organisation as well motivating & monitoring them on a regular basis to achieve best in result;
  • To monthly business target setting to achieve the yearly business plan submitted to the management by setting the individual targets & KPI to achieve for the monthly basis;
  • To set & implement Incentive structure for motivate the team to achieve monthly / yearly process & turnover targets;
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Management or equivalent;
  • Have at least 10 years of experience including 5 at corporate managerial;
  • Have strong technical skills, knowledge, experience with engineering qualifications;
  • Have the ability to control clerical work, administration, organisation, systems and financial matters, leadership ability;
  • Have the up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices;
  • Have good communication in English and Chinese is a plus
 
 

Marketing Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To develop and support the marketing plan of each brand, implement and manage an effective marketing strategy for the business;
  • To create and manage of agreed annual marketing plans with proper budget;
  • To maintain brand values and CI guidelines and ensure they are used wisely throughout the business.
  • To ensure a Marketing Plan is documented, accurate and complete throughout the year;
  • To ensure Group marketing spend is reported accurately and remains within agreed budget guidelines;
  • To take central responsibility for all marketing programmes from each department, ensuring the campaigns are accurate and their success is measured and recorded;
  • To plan, propose and initiate timely advertising and PR and digital media campaigns in agreement with GM and Line Managers;
  • To forecast number of enquiries each marketing activity is going to generate (and inform the GM and BMs);
  • To monitor and measure the success of every campaign (and agree with GM how this is going to be measured);
  • To utilise full suite of marketing tools available to each brand and recommend appropriate use of all advertising media including, direct mail, POS, PR, internet and launches;
  • To develop ideas and propositions to boost sales and enquiries through good working relationships with GM and Line Managers and other affiliated departments like HGB Group marketing.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing;
  • At least 10 year of experience in marketing;
  • Be passionate about the brands;
  • Strong in communication skills;
  • Good in innovative creative professional;
  • understanding luxury customer lifestyle, luxury retail and/or automotive
  • Experienced in luxury social media and other digital tools
 
 

Sales Consultant-Indoor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To welcome all customers in showroom;
  • To keep the monthly achievement as per monthly sales target;
  • To delivery vehicle and product explanation;
  • To be responsible for cleaning the car display in Showroom to ensure all cars are clean;
  • To achieve at least 30 call out customers as per daily target;
  • To prepare daily report (Customer negotiation progress) and send to sales MGR/GM every day;
  • To prepare weekly and monthly report with ongoing deal potential customer report and send to Sales MGR/GM every week and month;
  • To update your customer profile (customer-by-customer) and submit to Sales MGR/GM every week;
  • To report market situation and competitors activities to the manager;
  • To build good relationship with customers for long business corporate;
  • To build up good brand image of the company and product in the market;
  • To report on market situation (Showroom customer feedback) once a week;
  • To support peer colleague as and when necessary;
  • Other tasks assigned by superior;
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing;
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in sales in automotive industry;
  • Have advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics;
  • Strong in communication skills, results-oriented;
  • Strong commitment in Sales;
  • Have good communication in English and Chinese is a plus.
 
 

Sales Manager-Indoor

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To lead, direct and motivate the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives and target either indoor or outdoor team;
  • To direct and supervise sales team activities;
  • To prepare strategy to develop sales business;
  • To vehicle delivery and product explanation;
  • To be responsible for cleaning the car display in Showroom to ensure all cars are clean;
  • To achieve at least 30, call out customers as per daily target;
  • To prepare daily report (Customer negotiation progress) and send to sales MGR/GM every day;
  • To prepare weekly and monthly report with ongoing deal potential customer report and send to Sales MGR/GM every week and month;

Service Advisor

Position Summary

Job Summary

The Service Advisor shall be responsible for interpreting customer concerns for the auto mechanic, so that the mechanic can diagnose and repair problems correctly. The advisor then translates the actual repair problem, which may be very complicated, into language the customer can understand.

  • Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments
  • Cataloguing customers concerns and comments
  • Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
  • Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
  • Explaining repairs to customers
  • Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs
  • Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs
  • Create clear precise customer invoice which details of charges.
  • Handling customer complaints and ensure all filing is kept up to date
  • Promote the services and its benefits and parts section to all customers.

Service Technician

Position Summary

Job Summary

The Service Technician shall be responsible for maintain and repair vehicles.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
  • Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
  • Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
  • Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
  • Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good condition
  • Keep working place cleaned before and after work
