Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Identify problems with solutions, greeting & general services, communication & relation.
  • Keep record, manage lost and found items. 
  • Enrollment, registration, school management system, payments, student interviewing & Placement, application & documents, student ID & Parent pick up card, etc.
  • Meet sale targets.
  • Keep record of customer visit & enrollment, follow up & feedback.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Holding a Bachelor Degree of Business or related field (Master is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of as management or operations.
  • Experience in international school is a plus.
  • Excellent communication in Khmer and English.
  • Excellent in communication, leadership, and management skills.

Position Summary

  • DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:
  • JD & JR: Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Recruitment: Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
  • Staff & Teacher: discipline, quality of teaching, attendance, communication, teaching schedule, counseling, attitude, grooming, participation & engagement, events & activities, training, observation and evaluation, etc.
  • Performance Appraisal: Work hand-in-hand with ELT Management team and Head of Departments to analyze staff's performance (Probationary, Yearly and Special Case)

  • Work permit: Process and update any documents for foreigner teachers and pay every years
  • Visa Extension: Process any documents for foreigner teachers
  • Finance: Compile and present reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements. Financial forecasting and risk analysis. Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Asset: Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Audit: Do internal and external audit
