Announcement Positions

Accounting Supervisor (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Understand, adhere, and execute per company’s accounting and procurement policies. Identify risks and recommend solutions.
  • Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actual reported within accounting and procurement.
  • Reconciling daily and monthly business transaction between back end of Phum Aircon application and Accounting system including revenues, costs, expenses and collection.
  • Monitoring and updating cash on hand and cash at bank.
  • Regular focus on balance sheet reconciliation to minimize open items
  • Prepare payment schedule to suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Timely closing and execution of financial periods as per closing calendar.
  • Discover the best way to improve purchasing, procurement through selecting suppliers, purchase price and cost mode of transportation.
  • Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities.
  • Ensure well execute of company’s accounting and procurement policies and monitoring and update the progress of the registered risks to management.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of accounting reports and procurement report
  • Ensure no discrepancy of all business transactions between phum aricon application and accounting system
  • Ensure correctness of cash on hand and cash at bank though cash count and bank reconciliation
  • Ensure general ledgers booklet is produced and signed by head of finance
  • Ensure efficiency of payment control through days payable outstanding performance
  • Ensure efficiency of budget performance through monthly, quarterly and annually budget performance reports.
  • Ensure no fraud through procurement process and efficiency of cost savings.

  • Bachelor Degree in accounting or CAT

Marketing Coordinator (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Oversee all marketing activity in B2B commercial department
  • Coordinate with GGear HQ Marketing Team on a weekly basis
  • Excuse B2B Commercial marketing 2021 calendar and monitor B2B Marketing Budgets
  • Monthly Planning and monitoring B2B commercial, GGear Elevator all social media (Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Plan, organize and execute B2B commercial events and seminars
  • Plan and organize B2B marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs
  • Oversee and monitor B2B display corners located within all LG brand shops
  • Attend Events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
  • Liaise with designers and organize video’s and photo shoots
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Source further opportunities sponsorships, advertisement and exhibitions

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Ensure well inspect counting inventory at Brand Shop as set schedule.
  • Minimize stock and variance between quality of items in system and physical count list.
  • Ensure closed monitor the stock movement of all Brand shop.
  • Ensure the compliance of inventory policy procedure.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree is Accounting/relate filed
  • 1-2 year experiences in Stock and inventory /Accounting
  • Willingness to provinces
  • Knowledge of Electronic Product as a plus

Sales Manager (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Managing sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results and target set by management
  • Dealer/outlet visit to analysis product hit list sales and potential area
  • To achieving sales volume target of each salesman and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, and competitors
  • Responsible and take decisions on strategies necessary to achieve monthly sales target and quarterly sales target
  • Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leaders, and sales opportunities

Head of Tax and Compliance (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Provide Insight, researching, identifying and advice to management regarding tax related issues/updated tax regulation
  • Understanding industry issues to provide technical support to related team.
  • Asset tax accounting implication of financial and non-financial transaction
  • Prepare insight and advice to management regarding tax related issues.
  • Deal with tax authorities for tax issue clearances and the drafting of all necessary documentation.
  • Understanding business operation to provide technical support to related team.
  • Identifying and helping to resolve all complex tax, accounting, and business issues.
  • Perform tax research, analysis of tax law, company financial statements and support special projects.

Accounting Officer (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for bookkeeping Brand Shop transaction
  • Maintains the monthly analysis of all general ledger account relating to sales, accounts receivable, account payable, commission, and sale related taxes.
  • Update receivable by coordinating and monitoring daily cash receipt, cash sale, customer deposit, and bank remittance transaction
  • Reconciliation between aging account receivable, collection report and treasury’s report on cash collection.
  • To assist’s Chief BS Accountant and BS Accountant team leader
  • Respond for surprise cash and inventory count with cashier and stock controller
  • To ensure the accuracy speed and efficiency of processing account payable and
  • To ensure that inventory is reconciled and under controlled
  • To ensure that cash and bank reconciliation must be accuracy at the cute of date
  • To ensure the transaction are proper record timely by monthly

Procurement Manager (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Comply with procurement policy and procedures
  • Plan organize and lead the overall procurement operations of the company
  • Negotiate best possible procurement and logistic team with venders to ensure the company obtains the best commercial advantage possible
  • Lead and facilitate ongoing supplier approved process with engineering team to assure all vendors ae qualitied
  • Conducting commercial analysis and price benchmarking of all vendor proposals
  • Pursue and implement cost reduction activities to improve overall business performance
  • Manage problem solving, arising due to supplier failures, change in legislation tax, financial regulation
  • Prevent procurement errors and cost involve the company
  • Drive cost reduction
  • Administer the system in coordination with other function persons to ensure purchase requisition and purchase orders are efficiently processed in line with policy and process that shall be implemented.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Understanding integrated supply chain and logistic concept and be able to communicate supply chain objective clearly and convey the benefit to the company
  • Bachelor Degree in Management, Business, Finance, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement other logistic role and at least 3 years in management role
  • Knowledge of local tax and incoterm
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirement
  • Dynamic, self-motivated initiative and able to communicate effectively with all levels
  • String analytical skill, negotiated skill, problem solving, and organizational skill
  • Knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, distribution and storage system
  • Time management skill with the ability to manage multiple tasks in various stage of completion efficiently and effectively
