Announcement Positions

Loan Marketer (8 Positions)

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To Promote all bank’s product and services to either new customer or existing customer
  • Set up business strategy and marketing program to fulfill the target and plan
  • Preparing loan document follow policy and loan procedure
  • Develop products and services according to the customer need
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing customers
  • Resolving customer problems and complaint
  • Responsible for monitoring staff’s customer interaction to ensure customer focused behaviors/service standards are followed
  • Ensure that regulatory compliancy standards are met
  • Negotiate rate and charge with customers
  • Analyze all credit proposals of clients and recommend to Credit Team for approval
  • Manage and control for full principal and interest collections
  • Manage and control NPL cases
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly report for management
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Banking and finance, Economics, Business administration
  • Work Experience in banking sector at least 2 to 3 years and especially 3 years in loan business
  • Carries deep analytically thinking and interpersonal skill
  • Full Knowledge of Loan process
  • Good Knowledge of finance and banking law
  • Proficiency in English is a must (Fluent in speaking, writing and reading)
  • Computer literacy such as Ms. Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.

Manager, Sales Planning & Strategy (1 Position)

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Prepare and develop annual sales business plan & sales strategies.
  • Monitor & evaluate on Bank’s loan sales performances
  • Collaborate with Branches’ sales teams for data consolidation
  • Control and track all the bank reports (daily report, weekly reports, monthly reports, annual reports)
  • Analyze the sales performances and other sales statistics
  • Deliver actionable and initiative a new data-driven system to enhance sale planning efforts, and business growth
  • Provide on-going daily reporting, targets for management team
  • Work closely with Branches’ sales team to overcome with the challenges & issues
  • Review & Analyst on BOREY MOU proposals by Branches
  • Work closely with related internal parties/division for a better process flow improvement and achievement
  • Handle other tasks to be assigned by Division Head/GM

Position Summary

  • Prepare business plan and target for smart loan
  • Introduce smart loan product guideline and procedure to customer and targeted companies
  • Schedule visiting potential companies for smart loan product presentation
  • Prepare Potential companies proposal for Management council approval
  • Survey about market share and update issue related to smart loan to management.
  • Finding new customer and negotiate rate and charge with customer.

  • Survey about smart loan product at other bank and planning for strategies to grab the opportunity.

Position Summary

  • Facilitate in internal and external training course.
  • Assist to collect, analyze data to conduct training needs assessment and prepare annual training plan.
  • Accurately training record and prepare training report to Line Manager.
  • Assist to prepare and develop training materials.
  • Assist to contribute to research and develop training program.
  • Assist to prepare pre-testing, post testing and training evaluation.
  • Assist to manage & calculate testing result of staffs.

Position Summary

  • Matters relating to sourcing and development, and strategy planning for new product services
  • Monitoring products performance
  • Conduct market research, analysis and brand awareness
  • Organize on advertising, marketing activity to promote products and services more effectively
  • To ensure that the launched product to the market has been trained to related department
  • Keep an eye on the performance of the product and service, and develop a plan for improvement
  • Assist all mater of the new product to related department to ensure the product is well process

Credit Analysis (3 Positions)

Position Summary

  • To analyze all credit/extension proposals of clients
  • To make sure all credit policies, procedure and regulatory compliancy standards are meet
  • Follow up and request supporting document from loan marketer
  • Sharing and training credit policy to branch
  • Assist manager related to CBC Report (Data upload and request)
  • Conduct site visit customer’s business and collateral
  • To verify or reassess the collateral value to secure loan
  • Check loan request proposal for finding the possibility to repayment capability and recommend to supervisor
  • Guide to Loan Marketer to ensure clear understanding of all content update procedure and policies implementation
  • Provide training on products and service for new staffs
  • Supporting to loan admin team to process loan agreement
  • Prepare weekly/monthly / yearly report for management

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist Manager to fulfill the assigned task
  • Assist Manager to prepare internal policy, guideline, and procedure of the team.
  • Cooperate with Credit Team in analyzing and identifying credit risk to client proposal.
  • Workout with Credit Team to review and rescore for any change of client risk disbursement to client.
  • Mater related to planning, promotion, management, reporting of following-up credit management system.
  • Matters related to management and supervisor of rule, guideline, field manual on follow-up credit management.
  • Matters related to management and improvement of follow-up credit management process.
  • Matter related to loan write-off, and collection delegation duties in general.
  • Metter related to management and disposal of assets acquire for repayment of loan.
  • Matters related to implementation of legal proceeding for loan collection.

  • Operation on core banking system for loan process
  • Management of title deed
  • Management of insurance policy
  • Getting thumbprint from loan customer
  • Filing and tracking of loan slip, application, agreement etc.
  • Manage current loan customers for extension, refinance etc.
  • Resolve customer problem and complaint
  • Notification to loan customers of interest/principal maturity
  • Other related duties as assigned by management

Credit Review Manager (1 Position)

Position Summary

Location: Head Office

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Review loan purpose and Standard Credit review
  • Monitor credit quality in order to study the crisis arising problems with finding a good solutions and action ensuring timely
  • Assess the adequacy and adherence to loan policy and procedure and ensure that loan portfolio complies with federal and state regulation
  • Actively manage the annual credit review plan and revise plan to development
  • Development of loan review scope and testing approach for assigned review
  • Monitor and evaluation with credit analyst for customer business or collateral location with guideline that have been put into practice by management
  • Coordinate with internal departments, branches or processing of trade transaction
  • Other task assigned by superior
