Nurse

Position Summary

Department/Function: Nursing Unit

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
  • Carry out a full range of nursing duties, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patients’ condition.
  • Maintain a safe and caring environment for patient.
  • Monitor all patient care and treatment, maintaining the highest standard of practice.
  • Participate in the health education and explanation of treatment to patients and relatives.
  • Implement and comply with the institution’s policy
  • Provide instant medical care in case of emergency
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • A degree in Medical Nursing/Midwifery Science or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in related field
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to make well-informed clinical assessment and judgment
  • Possess problem solving and counseling skills to overcome problems
  • Skills in applying the principles, methods, and techniques of professional nursing to provide on-going patient care
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and compassionate in caring service

Blood Laboratory Technician

Position Summary

Department/Function: Medical Department

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Collect specimens from Nursing Unit.
  • Perform daily maintenance, run quality control, calibration and other routine tests.
  • Analyze clinical specimens such as blood and urine with high technical standard.
  • Enter and maintain laboratory test results in database.
  • Maintain standards of patient care based on operational policies
  • Promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients to the clinic
  • Support team in delivering a high standard of care to all patients
  • Work collaboratively with team based on respect, empathy and compassion
  • Perform other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • University degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of technical experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Good understanding of English language
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willing to learn and take extra responsibility

Operations Executive

Position Summary

Department/Function: Operations

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Execute all operational processes and oversee efficiency
  • Manage IT operations support for the entire organization
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee stock efficiency
  • Supervise a team of operations workforce
  • Support in the recruitment, training and supervision of staff
  • Manage suppliers and vendors for operations activities
  • Liaise with other departments for day-to-day operations
  • Monitor operations efficiency using various metrics and provide reports on activities and results of the operations function.
  • Support Operations Manager in other assigned tasks
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in operations or similar role
  • Prior record in supervising a team is a plus

Marketing Executive

Position Summary

Department/Function: Business Development

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of efficient and effective marketing strategies
  • Plan, organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events
  • Prepare online contents and promotional materials and organize their distribution through various optimized channels
  • Collaborate with designers and provide creative ideas for marketing content and website update for user experience enhancement.
  • Manage media vendors and publishers for promotional initiatives
  • Liaising with other departments for programs and campaigns promotion and for budget preparation and expense monitoring.
  • Monitor campaign progress using various metrics and provide reports on activities and results of the marketing function.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify the target audience

  • Degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent

Customer Service Executive

Position Summary

Department/Function: Customer Service

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Operate large amount of incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer through open and interactive communications
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the assigned methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team’s call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Proven customer support experience or in a relevant role
  • Prior experience in supervising a team is a plus
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to use computer
